Brandnew cuvée from Janisson-Baradon with all 7 grape varieties that are authorized to cultivate in Champagne: 15% each: Pinot Blanc, Fromenteau, Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Meunier, 13% Pinot Noir and 12% Chardonnay. The vines were planted in 1950, 1970, 1974, 1981, 2009 and 2011 at parcells Martinet, La Croisette, La Pie Danse and Meltin in the western area of Epernay.Gentle pressing in traditional basket pressVinified in steel tankNo malolactic fermentationNot filteredNicola 2023: The taste is intense but not too experimental, an exciting character! Various citrus notes are present, but also something herbal, floral (often found in the so-called "forgotten grape varieties"), interesting different fruit aromas (rather light), nice brioche and minerality (saltiness). Dry and crisp, very low dosage. The mouthfeel also has something creamy, really an exciting mix. When we tasted it in April, our impression was that it is a harmonious, expressive and special composition. The price is also pleasing, which is still affordable for such an exciting creation!

100% Chardonnay Dosage: 3g/l 40% Reserve Perpetuelle At least 2 years of bottle maturity Previously, this cuvée had gone under the name of “Blanc de Blancs” since the beginning of the 20th century. It is made exclusively from our Chardonnays grown on the Côte des Blancs: Vertus, Oger, Avize, Cramant, which form a line close to the 4th meridian. “Longitude” is also an allusion to the length and the very pure, frank and mineral style of these great terroirs, where the chalk is very close to the surface. Vinification and maturation:The natural alcoholic fermentation (natural yeast) and the malolactic fermentation begin spontaneously in our casks, our wooden vats and our stainless-steel tanks. The wines are left on their natural lees for nearly a year and undergo gentle bâtonnages, but no filtering or fining. The blending and the bottling are carried out in July. The bottles are then taken down into the coolness of our cellars, where the second fermentation and the maturation 'on laths' quietly take place over a period of more than 2 years. Each bottle is disgorged manually 6 months before being marketed. The dosage is 3 grams per litre (extra-brut!).

30% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay vinified as white wine, 46% Pinot Noir vinified as maceration Dosage: 3g/l Average age of the vines: 33 Years Vinification: 80% in wood 40% malolactic fermentation, 60% without 4 years bottle aging Dosage: 3g/l Full-bodied, vinous, food friendly! Nicola FEB24: Ultra-complex, vibrant fruit, very strong energy, such lightness and finesse, there's hardly a better rosé out there. Moritz FEB24: Complex and radiant. Cooked strawberry, strawberry leaf, and earthy umami notes offer an extremely diverse taste experience. The acidity almost dances across the tongue with a lightness that is invigorating. The finish seems endless. A rosé champagne for those who have dismissed rosé as trivial and are open to being pleasantly surprised.

100% ChardonnayDosage: 1,5g/l Average age of the vines: 32 years. Vinification: 70% used wood, 30% enamel tank; 70% without malolactic fermentation, 30% with. Terroir: Le noyer St Pys, les Morins, les Genettes, les Champsaults, Les Secs, Les Bermonts, Les Crayères, les Agusons, les Cheminots. This Blanc de Blanc does not belong to the minimalistic, mineral-driven style, but rather is round and balanced with a touch of fragrant flowers. Complex and nuanced due in part to the barrel influence and a perfect pairing partner at the table — to more than just fish! Nicola FEB24: A slightly richer release at the moment, very generous, a somewhat noticeable influence of wood, dried fruits, brioche. Moritz FEB24: Light, but very nice reduction, nose and palate reflect each other perfectly. Salty, wet stones, white almond are predominant, with a background of some dried apricot. All very calm. Very subtle, perfectly integrated wood notes. The mousseux is round but precise, and the long finish is very chalky.

100% Pinot Noir Dosage 0g/l From the plots: Les Champs Saint-Martin, L'Espérance 5 years of bottle agingNicola OCT24: Straightforward, berry fruit, dark fruit. Elegant, puristic, but profound aromas, very fine spiciness from the wood ageing, long nutty finish.Tilman OCT24: Initially somewhat reductive and closed, but then opens up quickly. Slightly bitter, even more profound than Anthologie, structured, fresh, clear and mineral!Fabio OCT24: Somewhat closed, with more air comes fine red fruitiness, citrus peel, chalky, straightness runs through, very complex, strong finish. Giuseppe Lauria Chedredaktion Editor-in-Chief APR23: Beautiful, radiant rose gold. Characterful appearance with a wide-ranging bouquet with raspberries, red fruits tossed in butter, the finest butter pastries, all accompanied by saline undertones, a touch of Williams pear resonates. Powerful, masculine but with a lot of enamel. The mousseux is very juicy and gives the champagne an invigorating freshness and subtle tension right through to the long, tart, fresh finale. 18/20 –2030 Nicola MAI22: Strongly vibrant, long, nice wood influence, complex! Paula Bosch SEP22: This single-varietal Pinot Noir was pressed white, given 5 years to mature in the bottle and bottled without dosage. The result is a very spicy, uncompromising, bone-dry Champagne with a salty note, a powerhouse with great character. If you are looking for a link to Burgundy in Champagne J.M. Labruyere, you have the best example with Paradoxe. Despite the tremendous richness in the mouth - a whole cello concerto takes place here - each sip remains in harmony and balance, without corners and edges, the fine, compact mousse caresses the palate. The animating acidity makes the Paradoxe an ideal food companion from caviar to langoustine, Breton turbot in Beurre Blanc with morels to a zabaglione with crepes and caramel ice cream. What distinguishes this champagne is its seasoning full of character. Moritz OCT22: The beautiful rose gold is radiant in the glass. The paradox is characterized by an angular dark berry fruit. The mousseux is very juicy and gives the champagne a pleasant freshness. The finish is long and slightly tart, which gives the wine even more excitement.

70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay From three Grand Cru plots in Verzenay and Verzy Min. 6 years bottle ageing Dosage: 5g/lTilman OCT24: Like the racing bike depicted on the label, this cuvée is grippy, slender, elegant and racy. Yet red fruity and with a fine yeast flavour, wonderfully balanced.Fabio OCT24: Ripe citrus, black bread rind, delicate fine oxidation, very elegant & complex, fine perlage on the palate, ripe red fruit, beautiful saltiness, a pleasure to drink with a lot of sophistication. Nicolas: "Arsène is the first name of the son of Jérôme, our friend who has worked with us for many years now.Baptizing a cuvée Arsène means integrating Jérôme a little more into the history of our house. On the label, Arsène is very elegant, like the vintage it characterizes. He is tall and his posture oscillates between rigor and relaxation, attesting that this wine, despite its Grand Cru origins and its vintage, remains accessible and supple. The cane is an instrument aimed at enhancing the elegance but also the balance of the cuvée.As for the bike, connoisseurs will notice that it is an old racing bike, (equipped with its cans of course) affirming the racy side of this great vintage."

Nicola FEB24: (has those green aromas again that I can't place) Winey, full-bodied, strength, intensity, elegance. Moritz FEB24: Juicy blackberry, licorice, and a nice cardamom spice give the BdN great complexity. On the palate, full-bodied and juicy, but somewhat leaner than the Blanc de Blanc. The tight acidity provides a beautifully long finish. Tasting FEB20: Extremely long, elegant, great pinot fruit, dense, harmonious, balanced, not too heavy, creamy, acidity very well integrated
