100% Meunier Dosage: 2,5g/l Aged in traditional 205 l barrels, made from regional oak, for 11 months18 months bottle ageingRiddled by hand Unfined and unfiltered.The work is very manual and laborious, with a great sense of time and the needs of wine.The second coup of the highly gifted "newies" of Champagne. L.P.M refers to the area north-west of Reims, originally called "La Petit Montagne", in which their vineyards are located. Now that another area bears this name, it can no longer be written out on the label for Maximes and Anna's champagne and is therefore "encrypted". Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: I enjoyed a good 1-hour adventure with this Blanc de Noirs. Because it changes in 10-minute intervals. Initially very restrained, it only reveals its facets with increasing airflow. After 30 to 40 minutes it really gets going: At the beginning only very delicate grapefruit notes, followed by yellow fruits like pear and a touch of marzipan, later bright and light red berries like raspberry join them, which skillfully blend into one with the distinctive sea breeze exciting piece of finesse to be captured in the finale by fine spices such as fennel. An elegant champagne with great evolution in the glass. 17.5+/20-2029 Lukas FEB23: On the nose raspberry, pear and ripe peach with hints of melon and grapefruit in the background. In the mouth juicy lemon and grapefruit, some pear and lemongrass, plus a present and crisp acidity that gives a lot of traction and makes for a great drinkability. A lot of potential for the future, a lot of fun in the glass and a joy to drink right now, but also a very capable food companion. Nicola JUL21: Incredible fragrance that draws you in, very beautiful, subtle honey note, very exciting soft-spicy beguiling, very own aroma, also again wonderful food companion, has something sweet (not sweet), something red-fruity, very light red cherry, red pepper, slight maturity.

100% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l 5 years of bottle maturity Old vines (60 years) All champagnes have been vinified with indigenous yeasts and with no filtration. They are low in sulfite (less than 35mg/l). Riddling by hand in natural cellar! Tasting JUL19: More power, more acid, a little tannins, very long, again the ethereal, structure, finesse. Almost a bit young at the moment. Tasting FEB20: Burgundian, straightforward, very complex, austerity and still character, salty, Unami, nice nutty finish, 4 years in bottle, a lot of pressure on the palate not strict. Tasting JUL21: very nice aromatic fine nose, tight, dratig, straight, light creaminess, light caramel note, very long finish, not too strict. Nicola JUN22 on a very hot day: Relatively open, lots of body, almost vinous, tight, mineral, salty at the back.

90% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l Field blend vineyard parcelle "Sur le Grand Marais" Wines from a Perpetuum reserve (2013-2015) 5 years bottle aging Only 500 btl/year Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: Wonderfully distinctive color (radiant yellow gold with mother-of-pearl reflections). A super exciting champagne with apricot tart and butter biscuits, then there are herbal notes, almost smelling of essential oils such as mint oil and citrus thyme, you notice the influence of the reserve perpetuelle and the wood aging of the base wines, whereby I don't see this as disturbing at all, but as the perceived complexity as promoting. Smooth meltiness in the mouth, very soft texture and full-bodied, lively mousseux, but with a salty underlay right through to the end. 18/20-2029 Tasting Nicola OCT22 & FEB23: An incredibly cool wine! It has an unusual herbaceousness and a character all of its own, but is so long, complex and fine that it lingers forever. It also has a great structure. Overall really impressive. However, not really loud, so it also has something filigree.

Due to the solera character it has a great completeness and has many complex flavours.Nicola MAR25: Accessible release, generous in its tautness, structure, beautiful fruit flavours, you really enjoy it and want to get to know it better and discover it further. Violet-cherry flavour, exciting, beguiling, but serious.Tilman MAR25: First relatively structured, then more aromatic, taut, but softer at the back, red fruity, has something of blackcurrant, earthy, chalky, develops well, enormous potential.

Some honey, herbs, very good perlage, seems to benefit enormously from air, becomes really complex!Tilman FEB25: Brioche-like, but at the same time clearly fresh due to the Meslier, beautiful perlage, nutty, enormously vibrant, energetic. Becomes much more multi-layered with air, really complex, fine berry flavour as a fruit component, plus the supporting acidity. Constantly evolving and yet remains true to itself, extremely exciting!

There are aromas of wet stones, citrus fruits, but also white almonds and salted caramel. On the palate, the aromas from the nose seem a little more tart due to the acidity. The long finish leaves a beautifully chalky/mineral aftertaste, which gives the champagne even more grip and length.Nicola JUN22: Perhaps the chalkiest, most mineral of the range, but again with that beautiful ripe fruit note. Exciting, mildly spicy, complex tone. On the third day: racy, spicy notes, strong character with enormous drinkability.
