Every now and then, you meet a grower at the Printemps des Champagnes where it's immediately clear from the very first glass: this has a bright future. That's exactly how we felt when we discovered Alexis Limar. Having taken over his grandfather's small family estate in 2023, Alexis has been shaping its identity with remarkable determination. Across just three hectares of vineyards, he produces wines of precision, freshness and quiet elegance. In the cellar, he works with spontaneous fermentation, without fining or filtration, and since 2023 all fermentations and ageing take place exclusively in small Burgundy barrels.This strictly limited collection brings together not only his two current Champagnes, but also offers the rare opportunity to discover one of his still wines.
