Nicola OCT24: Super independent character, cool fruit, almost mentholated, quiet vinosity, crisp apple, something floral, very nice, could go well with oysters.Tilman OCT24: Restrained but ripe fruit flavours, herbaceous, playful, initially powerful, becomes leaner at the back, with a great chalky finish. Fabio OCT24: Brighter fruit, elegant, crisp acidity, very fresh and powerful, minty, very good. Nicola FEB24: On the palate there is a lot of structure and a fine red berry flavor that lingers for a long time in the grippy finish.

Vibrant structure, great liveliness. Really enjoyable now six months after disgorgement!Fabio OCT24: Juicy, red apple, but also slightly cherry, wonderful structure, great balance. This is pure drinking pleasure with complexity!Nicola MAI24: Vinous, aromatic, dark red to blue fruit, blackberry, juicy, exciting effervescence (funky), also somewhat dark-earthy, expressive, will increase in tension and body over the next few months, as it will not be disgorged until March.

Lointier Causica Rosé de Saigneé 2022
100% Pinot Meunier from the oldest vines Dosage 1.5g/l brown limestone & clay no herbicides, no insecticides 50% used barrique (from the own forest) & 50% amphora over 11 monthsno malo / filtration / fining Causica comes from the oldest Meunier vines of the Lointiers. Half of the wine was aged in used barriques whose wood came from their own forest. The other half aged for eleven months in amphora. No malolactic fermentation, no fining, no filtration. The yeast aging on the bottle is at least 22 months. The name Causica derives from a subspecies of honeybee that has a special hairiness - similar to the leaves of Pinot Meunier. Causica smells invitingly of cookie and peach cream, with an exciting smoky undercurrent to everything. The palate shows plenty of structure as well as a fine red berry quality that lingers long on the grippy finish.

L.P.M refers to the area north-west of Reims, originally called "La Petit Montagne", in which their vineyards are located. Now that another area bears this name, it can no longer be written out on the label for Maximes and Anna's champagne and is therefore "encrypted".Nicola FEB26: Aromatic, currently accessible phase (was previously tighter), balanced, fine multi-layered herbal notes, vinous, partly mixed with mature notes, great drinking pleasure with sophistication. Maria FEB26: Vinous, but nevertheless not heavy, rather fresh and lively with ripe fruit and herbal notes. Very complex, yet balanced and accessible. Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: I enjoyed a good 1-hour adventure with this Blanc de Noirs. Because it changes in 10-minute intervals. Initially very restrained, it only reveals its facets with increasing airflow. After 30 to 40 minutes it really gets going: At the beginning only very delicate grapefruit notes, followed by yellow fruits like pear and a touch of marzipan, later bright and light red berries like raspberry join them, which skillfully blend into one with the distinctive sea breeze exciting piece of finesse to be captured in the finale by fine spices such as fennel. An elegant champagne with great evolution in the glass. 17.5+/20-2029 Lukas FEB23: On the nose raspberry, pear and ripe peach with hints of melon and grapefruit in the background. In the mouth juicy lemon and grapefruit, some pear and lemongrass, plus a present and crisp acidity that gives a lot of traction and makes for a great drinkability. A lot of potential for the future, a lot of fun in the glass and a joy to drink right now, but also a very capable food companion. Nicola JUL21: Incredible fragrance that draws you in, very beautiful, subtle honey note, very exciting soft-spicy beguiling, very own aroma, also again wonderful food companion, has something sweet (not sweet), something red-fruity, very light red cherry, red pepper, slight maturity.

50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir Solera champagne with a perpetuum solera started in 2011 Dosage: 0g/l 18-20 months of bottle maturity Vinified in oak It's a strong character with fine bubbles and stimulating accidity. Due to the solera character it has a great completeness and has many complex flavours.Nicola MAR25: Accessible release, generous in its tautness, structure, beautiful fruit flavours, you really enjoy it and want to get to know it better and discover it further. Violet-cherry flavour, exciting, beguiling, but serious.Tilman MAR25: First relatively structured, then more aromatic, taut, but softer at the back, red fruity, has something of blackcurrant, earthy, chalky, develops well, enormous potential.

50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay From the plot La Fosse - clay-limestone soil with a large part of red clay Dosage: 0g/l 18-20 months of bottle maturity Vinification: 6 months in stainless steel and large wood Alcoholic fermentation and aging on lees in barrels and large wooden casks for 9 months Natural malolactic fermentation Without the addition of sulfurTilman MAR25: A clear Chardonnay imprint provides a somewhat more citric flavour, blood orange, some citrus zest. Crisper and fresher than Papillon and Cognaux, but becomes softer, nuttier and spicier on the finish thanks to the Pinot Noir. Spans a great arc, both straightforward and generous. Tasting: citrus fruits, quince, vineyard peach, fennel, mint and liquorice. Taste explosion and good length in the mouth, subtle bitter note and a lot of minerality in the finish.

Tilman MAR25: Darker, deeper, smokier, creamy and soft at the same time, difficult to put into words, opens up a completely different dimension, stony, mineral.Tasting: Fresh fruits: wild strawberries, quince, nectarine, ripe lemon. Straightforward, silky and taut wine. Long finish on the palate with plenty of minerality.

Tasting: Notes of ripe blood orange, cooked apple, peach and red fruits. Nice length with lots of minerality on the finish.
