A single small plot in the heart of the Montagne de Reims is Emmanuel Brochet's pride and joy. In 1997 he inherited the small vineyard from his grandparents and replanted small parts in 2003 and 2006.

He declared his desire for organic and biodynamic viticulture as early as 2002: no use of herbicides and insecticides. In 2008 he finally converted the entire vineyard and has been certified since 2011.

All champagnes are fermented in used barriques and matured in barrique barrels. No champagne is filtered or clarified.

Minerality, traction and grip are characteristics that can be found in each of his wines and which are supported by the consistently low dosage.

Facts: 2.5 ha, 6,000-9,000 bottles, 100% Premier Cru, Montagne de Reims, 40% Pinot Meunier, 31% Chardonnay, 29% Chardonnay

Dosnon Récolte Blanche
100% Chardonnay Fermented for 10 months in barrique Three years bottle aging Dosage: 5g/l Nicola OCT23: Rich, lush, almost lavish, really beautiful! Nicola: Burgundian style - Chardonnay with bubbles! Significant but well integrated barrel influence. Powerful, fresh and distinctive. ANDREAS DEZ22 (new label): clearly perceptible and very appetizing aroma of freshly planed oak, not toasty-coconut but creamy and fine, turmeric, mace flower, refreshing acidity to counterbalance the full-bodied structure, pleasantly unexcited perlage, as always quite distinctive and bold, great food companion. Wine Spectator, November & December 2016 - 92P.: This richly expressive Champagne is focused by a streak of racy acidity, creating a mouthwatering frame for the flavors of ripe yellow peach, cardamom, grated ginger, toast and lime blossom.

Dosnon Récolte Noire

Strength and spice blend with a chalky minerality and complex finish lift this champagne from a casual drink to a lasting adventure. Think Nat King Cole: Unforgettable.Wine Spectator 201593P. Vivid flavors of ground spice and graphite are layered with hints of crunchy pear, crushed white raspberry fruit, lemon zest, spun honey and chamomile in this mouthwatering Champagne, which is refined, chalky in texture and harmonious, with a long, lingering finish of rich grilled nut, coffee and spice.   Wine Spectator, November & December 2016: 92P. A pure note of crushed black cherry is accented by details of ground ginger and anise that ride the creamy mousse, showing hints of candied kumquat and brioche. Long and vibrant, with a snappy, mineral-tinged finish.

Dosnon Récolte Noire Brut Zero
100% Pinot Noir Fermented for 10 months in barrique followed by another 24 months of maturation in barrique Dosage: 0g/l Variant that expresses the Pinot Noir expression even more unvarnished due to the lack of dosage. Straightforward, gripping, powerful with strong, spicy notes due to the wood influence. Grippier, more elegant and more puristic than the Recolte Noir with Dosage. A champagne for advanced lovers of demanding, firm wines. Nicola OCT23: Smoky nose and great Burgundian style: well integrated wood, nutty complex reverberation. Strong! Nicola FEB23: Great grip, draw, racy, ultra fine and precise wood finish, spicy, minimally herbaceous.

Full-bodied and juicy in the mouth, currant, black elderberry and some garpefruit on the finish, very animating, long finish with very good draw.
