52% Chardonnay, 8% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier Dosage: 6.4g/l Partly malolactic fermentation ‘Les jeunes pousses’ means “the young shoots” and is a reference to the young vines that Séverine's grandparents sold to Philippe's parents long before Philippe and Séverine met.Nicola OCT24: Super juicy, great drinking flow, simply fun, lively. Light, lovely chocolaty note on the finish.Fabio OCT24: Beautifully green-fruity, fresh, wonderfully drinkable.Tilman OCT24: Juicy, fresh, but nicely flavoured, becomes more mellow on the finish, greenish-fruity, nice tension. Nicola AUG24: Great drinkability, with a fine brioche note, super smooth and relatively long. Has something pleasantly soft but still tangy and lively.

50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 10% Meunier Dosage: 6.4g/l malolactic fermentation partially done ‘Les coudes sur le zinc’ roughly means “elbows on the counter” and represents Copin Cautel's approach: the champagnes are made for bringing people together in a relaxed atmosphere and having a good time.Nicola OCT24: Creamy, generous, but the Copin Cautel freshness and juiciness underlies all cuvées. Pleasant and balanced.Fabio OCT24: Combines this fresh style (lemon, Granny Smith) with a little more yeastiness and creaminess, resulting in good depth.Tilman OCT24: Also quite fresh, juicy, but more melting and rich, yeasty, nice length. Tilman JUN24: Everything is wonderfully integrated. Variety of flavours, clear brioche aroma, almost lush, beautiful melting and creamy.

51% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, 10% MeunierDosage: 8.8g/l Malolactic fermentation done"Vielle branche" is a reference to Philippe's father's old tractor, which Philippe still uses today, which creaks and requires a lot of maintenance. Nevertheless, Phillipe believes that there is no better machine for his work. Nicola OCT24: Chocolatey notes, also goes well with dessert, not too dry. Generous, but not as creamy as Coudes sur le zinc. Has a nice grip on the tongue.Fabio OCT24: Fine white pastry, lemon zest, taut acidity, well-balanced fruit, elegant.
