The delicate nose reveals notes of rose and violet petals and a hint of grenadine. In the mouth the striking minerality releases aromas of mandarin orange zest and pink grapefruit. The whole is complemented by a wonderful bitterness and very pleasant freshness as it fades from the mouth.Tasting FEB20: Very charming fruit, lots of elegance, complex red fruits, floral, purist, clear yet fruit-driven. Take your time & philosophise

Pierre Brocard Absimilis 2019
100% Pinot BlancDosage 2g/lMatured in stainless steelBottle ageing: 4 years7 days maceration in cement vats, unfined & unfilteredNicola FEB24: Really powerful, generous, great complex special character, tastes matured but fresh and soft, floral, nice honey note.Moritz FEB24: When you put your nose in the glass, all your synapses are connected. There's a lot going on. Honeydew melon, some kiwi, oyster shells, wet stones, very fine smokiness. The nose alone is very complex. The Absimilis then really picks up speed on the palate. The combination of a very rich extract and a very austere flavour is fascinating. The finish is extremely long and leaves a delicate feeling of stone powder on the tongue.

Eric Rodez Cuvée des Grands Vintages - Bio
Created from the best grapes in only the best years: 2004 - 30%, 2002- 21%, 2000 - 18%, 1999 13%, 1998 - 9%, 1996 - 6%, 1995 - 2% Average age of the vines: 33 years Vinification: 100% used barrel, no malolactic fermentation Terroir: Les secs, les blans de beurys, les goisses, les noirs de genettes, les vaux saint basle, les fournettes, le noyer saints pys, les morrins, Les Agusons, les grandes ruelles, Les Crayeres. Significant influence from Krug Grand Cuvée, a masterpiece of nuanced, subtlety and complexity. Balanced with the highest level of elegance, and not a trace of overcompensation from strength. A complexity requiring both time and attention. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, Dosage 4g Nicola FEB24: Balance and profound harmony and complexity at its best. Vibrating sensuality, ultra long-lasting. Insane nutty resonance. Moritz FEB24: The Grands Vintages cuvée is very calm and profound. A fine smokiness, light brioche notes, and zesty aromas stand balanced in the glass. The acidity is gripping yet gentle (if that makes sense). The perlage dances over the tongue, and flavors of clementine and salt lemon provide that certain grip. The finish? Ultra-long. The hairs on your arms stand up with each sip. A champagne with a goosebump factor. Still needs some time, but unmistakably Lointier.Tilman OCT24: A really structured champagne. Beautiful ripeness, pithy and firm in terms of structure, which is still developing well in the bottle, but already blends wonderfully on the palate. Well balanced between freshness and ripeness, providing depth and complexity.

Strong! Nicola FEB23 (2018 vintage): Vibrant, great presence, radiant, pressure, great reverberation, some chocolateTasting FEB20 (2016 vintage): West-facing terroir, matures later, very exciting, special character, very balanced, has something beguiling, rather delicate Pinot Noir fruit, but of course still much too young, you can taste flints. JM Seleque: The Soliste range presents wines from our village of Pierry, from one plot, from a single varietal and vintage. We have chosen them for their identity, their quality and their specificity - the best representations of our terroir. You already know Soliste Meunier, Soliste Chardonnay, Infusion Meunier Rosé and this year we introduce Soliste Pinot Noir. Soliste Pinot Noir comes from our "Les Gayères" property, located in the upper part of the west-facing central slope of Pierry. It was planted by my father in 1974 on cool Sparnacien clay soil, a distinctive soil of the region that contains freshwater quartz stones (formerly sought after in the production of millstones) and contributes to the distinctiveness of Pierry's wines. The Pinot Noir ripens late here and benefits from the setting sun to refine its aromas at the end of the harvest. This property also supplies the red wine for our Solessence Rosé Cuvée.
