100% Chardonnay Dosage: 2g/l LES CHEMINS D’AVIZE come to enrich the list of our single-vineyard champagnes. We began this approach in 1988 with VV de Cramant, then completed in 1995 with Terre de Vertus and in 1999 by the Rosé de Saignée. We know for many years that Avize is worth a single vineyard cuvee. In 2009, we bought a smaller press so that we can now separate the juice from our 2 Avize vineyards. Vinification: The natural alcoholic fermentation (natural yeast) and the malolactic fermentation begin spontaneously in our casks and our wooden vats. The wines are left on their natural lees for nearly a year and undergo gentle bâtonnages, but no filtering or fining. If the year merits it, this cuvée will be bottled in July as a vintage. Then the bottles are then taken down into the coolness of our cellars, where the second fermentation and the maturation 'on laths' quietly take place. Each bottle is disgorged manually 6 months before being marketed. Tasting notes: JamesSuckling.com, October 2017: Les Chemins d’Avize 2010 || 98 points - A single 0.7ha plot in Avize, this has very assertive citrus and dried peach edge with strong chalky minerals. Extremely vibrant. The palate has richness of fruit with white peach and apricot flavors. Sturdy structure supports ripe and concentrated fruit. Grape maturity is expressed at an elite level here – a gift of the terroir and its interpreters. The acidity is striking, driving a deep, sorbet-like finish. Drink now. WineAdvocate/Robert Parker - September 2020 || 96 points - Disgorged in October 2019, Larmandier-Bernier's 2013 Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Les Chemins d'Avize is showing brilliantly, unfurling in the glass with a lovely nose of citrus oil, fresh apricot, peach and pear, complemented by hints of fresh walnuts and almond paste. Full-bodied, deep and vinous, it's layered and elegantly muscular, with a concentrated core of ripe fruit, racy acids and a long, mineral finish. Pierre Larmandier invariably excels in cool, late growing seasons, so the 2013 vintage was perfectly adapted to his talents. The Champagne Guide - Tyson Stelzer, 2014-2015: LES CHEMINS D'AVIZE Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 2009 : Disgorged on the spot without dosage, hence is unscored, but worthy of at least 95 points.

100% MeunierDosage: 0g/lFrom Mont de Bonneil and Charly-sur-MarneVinified in oak barrels1,5 years bottle ageing1500 bottles producedJérôme Lefèvre: 100% Meunier, Mont de Bonneil and Charly sur Marne. This is a cuvée I wanted to do since a long time. I wanted to reach something extreme, kind of how "Rated X" was extreme, but in another way here. Here it is a strong, expressive Meunier, very pure with no dosage and a soft oak aspect. It has something to do what the gravel gives to the wine, which gives smoky notes a the end. The sparkling is subtle but the wine is strong. For this wine I wanted to show a stage diving picture, I finally received some stills from a photographer who is hard to get, because he lives on a boat.Nicola JAN26: Very woody, opulent, smoky, oxidative, spicy, somewhat acacia-like, then the tannins come through. Very distinctive.

But this cuvée is simply amazing. It captivates you with its laser-sharp polish, yet it has such a wide range of aromas that it is not sparse. Then there is a minute-long finish. Unique! It's still a bit young at the moment and will continue to improve, but even now, as I said, it's absolutely impressive.

57% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir, 14% Meunier Dosage: 0g/l First fermentation of the base wines in wooden vats Malolactic fermentation was not forced. Disgorgement September 2018 Bottle aging: 15 years Tasting: wow! The fifteen years on the lees until disgorgement in September 2018 make for a monumental wine. Its expression of character, origin, identity and great elegance is unique. The nose reveals toasted hazelnuts and almonds. The enormously long yeast storage spreads an absolute sense of well-being through the smell alone. Yellow and green apples in all facets. Brioche spread with butter. Almond biscuits and shortcrust pastry. Your mind is totally lost. Lemon tart with burnt meringue. And there is always a wall of pure chalk and filigree behind the countless aromas and nuances. Can't wait for the first sip. As soon as he starts drinking, he really gives it gas. A great combination of maturity, yeast autolysis and minerality. The mousseux creates the first moments in a creamy and opulent manner. As soon as the melt has reached its peak, its balanced acidity sets in and ensures a tightrope walk. The acid harmonizes brilliantly with the incredible minerality. Lemon and apple aromas provide the freshness kick. The maturity of the wine cannot be denied. But matured with dignity and in this construct just the right dose. The mouthfeel is elegant and delicate. The reverberation sticks endlessly on the palate. Sensationally good wine.

Age of Vines: 32 years 100% vinification in wood No malolactic Dosage: 2g/l Nicola FEB24: A very strong release, unexpected for 2011, he made it only because he found the wine to be so magnificent. Balanced aromatics, rich in nuances, very complex spice, ripe fruits, delicately prancing acidity. Moritz FEB24: Tasting sample has been open for 4 days: Smoky, spicy, dense, dark fruit. On the palate, gripping without losing elegance. Round and polished. So complex that not everything can be put into words. Despite the vintage, a splendid champagne with an extremely long finish. Air does it good. The champagne stood perfectly in the tasting.

Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, Arbane and Petit Meslier (mixed set)Dosage 0g/lFrom the single vineyard Les Houtrants in CumièresAged in stainless steelBottle ageing: At least 4 yearsPerpetuum Reserve since 2008, aged under corkTilman AUG24: Rather reserved on the nose and dominated by white grape varieties, slightly floral, citrusy, a hint of grapefruit. Initially extremely fresh on the palate, almost sparkling, with striking acidity, but this quickly integrates into a more mature aroma, a hint of brioche, accompanied by increasing red fruitiness and spice. It has power and pushes across the palate, but in the end it nestles wonderfully and lingers for a long time. Wow! It will certainly be exciting to follow this over a longer period of time (both in the glass and in the bottle).
