More full-bodied and vinous than the Blanc de Blancs. Complex, deep fruits, and elegant with a long finish.

Nicola FEB24: (has those green aromas again that I can't place) Winey, full-bodied, strength, intensity, elegance.
Moritz FEB24: Juicy blackberry, licorice, and a nice cardamom spice give the BdN great complexity. On the palate, full-bodied and juicy, but somewhat leaner than the Blanc de Blanc. The tight acidity provides a beautifully long finish.
Tasting FEB20: Extremely long, elegant, great pinot fruit, dense, harmonious, balanced, not too heavy, creamy, acidity very well integrated
