100% Pinot Meunier from two different vintages: 50% from 2022 and 50% from 2023. The 2022 base wine was aged for 2 years in wood, while the 2023 base wine spent 1 year in stainless steel. Soils of sand, marl and limestone. Spontaneous fermentation, naturally. 3 years of bottle aging. Minimal sulphur added. Unfined and unfiltered. Dosage 2g/l

Antoine Grethen (Still Wine) Coteaux Champenois Rouge "BOREAS" 2022 - Bio
Still wine made from 100% Meunier from the single vineyard “Au-dessus du village”. Soils of sand, marl and limestone. Spontaneous fermentation in used oak barrels, followed by one month of whole cluster maceration and subsequent aging in wood for 2 years (demi muids). 2 years of bottle aging. Minimal sulphur added. Unfined and unfiltered.

100% Pinot Meunier from 2 different terroirs in the Vallée de la l'Ardre Soil: sand, marl and limestone Spontanous fermenation with indigenous yeats in used oak barrels Holzfass (225 and 600 litres) 2 years of aging in oak barrels 3 years of bottle aging Low addition of sulfur Unfined and unfiltered Dosage 0g/lNicola MRZ24: After a year of additional maturity, it is still ultra-expressive with a distinctive wood impression, but is even more at peace and invites you to philosophize about life with your best friends by the fireplace.David MRZ24: Dry, herbal first impression, expressive Meunier style, creamy on the palate, rich in extracts and very expressive Lukas FEB23: Very herbaceous on the nose with hints of pear, quince and red fruit. In the mouth quince, pear and hints of chamomile and herbs. Soft, but backed by a very nice acidity, the perlage is very fine .
