With all the ripeness on the palate, it is still extremely fresh and salty, mineral. Nicola FEB24: Creamy, delicately spicy with nice freshness and a nutty long aftertaste (could be a bit crisper but might be a day with richer flavors). Moritz FEB24: Relatively warm and spicy on the nose. Aromas of baked apple, marzipan, but also something fresh like grapefruit. On the palate, however, very juicy and fresh with a very creamy finish.
