Nicola FEB24: Straightforward, mineral, stony, aromatic, slender, sophisticated aperitif.
Tilman FEB24: Nice balance, fresh-citrusy and lively at the beginning, slightly creamy and nice and juicy at the end!
Moritz FEB24: Everything is very well balanced. Lemon zest, wet stones, lightly buttered brioche & white almond. round/juicy-elegant mouthfeel, but becomes very slim at the back. A yellow fruitiness is added, but remains very mineral on the palate.
