The nose is voluminous yet delicate. Aromas of white chocolate & caramelized butter are underscored by a fresh, fine etherial quality. The palate is much fresher than the nose suggests. Mint and lemongrass are accompanied by almond blossom and a fine light spice. The round body fills the entire mouth, while the firm acidity provides the necessary backbone. The finish is endlessly long, leaving a taste of wet stones. A play of aromas that leaves nothing to be desired. The champagne benefits from being allowed to breathe a bit.Moritz OKT22: The Eternel Optimisme is by no means a lean, taut Blanc de Blanc. Even the nose promises body. Buttery aromas complemented by a light caraway spice, orange zest and a light green herbaceousness make the wine incredibly complex and interesting. The flavour profile continues on the palate and is rounded off by a very long finish.

But the Libre comme l'air is exactly that. Spicy and playful with a light red fruit flavour and a taut acidity. A truly complex rosé that leaves you wanting more.

Andreas SEP23: So much champagne for comparatively little money! And then you can buy it with a clear organic conscience because it comes from "good" agriculture from a biodynamic producer from the Marne. Juicy, for André with 4 grams almost highly dosed and yet super balanced, fine wholemeal toast, quince bread, fine wood spice, good pressure and great length, enormously drinkable. With his Millésime 2014, "Mr. Meunier" Heucq demonstrates perfectly what wonderful champagnes can be made with experience and healthy grapes, even in years that are not so easy. Moritz AUG22: A wonderfull aged Champagne with super fine perlage. Right after opening you'll find aromatics that remind of morning dew in the woods. With some time and airation armoas of caramelized red apples and delicate brioche notes develope. This complex Champagne developes, with some time and air, to a diverse pleasurable experience. Well suited as food companion for dishes with roasting flavours.

Very fresh and complex on the nose. Notes of salt lemon, quince, a bit of menthol, - which over time develops in an After Eight direction, adding a slight chocolatey touch. On the palate, it's round and full-bodied but with a tight/electric acidity. Very long finish. Great drinking flow. Tasting FEB20: Full body, a lot of taste, complexity, slightly oxidative, a lot of yeast, ripe tones, stays in the mouth forever with a lot of nut aroma, herbal spice Tasting APR19: Very wow, monster with a lot of pressure, strong!
