The two friends Aude and Boris cultivate just 2 hectares of vineyards in the small village of Try in the Vallée de la Marne. Although their families have been involved in viticulture for generations, their own project only began in 2019, when they decided to fully convert the vineyards to organic viticulture and produce their own Champagnes. Since their first certified organic harvest in 2022, they have been creating distinctive cuvées that give a unique voice to the sandy-clay soils of their home terroir.
The focus is on Meunier, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In the cellar, Aude and Boris combine traditional craftsmanship with modern precision: the base wines are aged partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels before being blended into harmonious, expressive cuvées. Spontaneous fermentation, extended lees ageing and a gentle approach to winemaking reflect their ambition to capture the wines’ origins as authentically as possible. Each cuvée is created with great patience and sensitivity to express the character of the respective vintage and individual plots as faithfully as possible.
The result is fruit-driven, finely structured Champagnes with excellent drinkability, combining power and elegance in a remarkably natural way. Despite their precision, the wines never feel cool or technical, but instead impress with their warmth, balance and effortless character.
