Dosnon Récolte Blanche
100% ChardonnayDosage 5g/lMaturation in barriqueBottle ageing: 3 yearsTobi JUN26: Fresh, vibrant and immediately inviting. Subtle reduction, smoky nuances and a creamy finish give this wine considerable personality. Burgundian in spirit, yet always precise and elegant. A Champagne with impressive presence.Maria FEB26: Pronounced acidity and distinct oak influence, but both are very well balanced and beautifully integrated. Fresh, powerful, and with a lovely finish.Nicola OKT23: Rich, opulent, almost lavish, really beautiful!Nicola FEB23: Extremely Burgundian, like a white Burgundy with perlage, wood influence clear but well integrated. Strong, special character, fresh.ANDREAS DEZ22: Clearly perceptible and very appetising aroma of freshly planed oak, not toasty and coconutty but creamy and fine, turmeric, mace blossom, refreshing acidity as a counterbalance to the full-bodied structure, pleasantly unagitated perlage, as always very distinctive and bold, a great food companion.

Henriet-Bazin Cuvée Arsène Millésime 2015 Grand Cru
70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay From three Grand Cru plots in Verzenay and Verzy Min. 6 years bottle ageing Dosage: 5g/lTilman OCT24: Like the racing bike depicted on the label, this cuvée is grippy, slender, elegant and racy. Yet red fruity and with a fine yeast flavour, wonderfully balanced.Fabio OCT24: Ripe citrus, black bread rind, delicate fine oxidation, very elegant & complex, fine perlage on the palate, ripe red fruit, beautiful saltiness, a pleasure to drink with a lot of sophistication. Nicolas: "Arsène is the first name of the son of Jérôme, our friend who has worked with us for many years now.Baptizing a cuvée Arsène means integrating Jérôme a little more into the history of our house. On the label, Arsène is very elegant, like the vintage it characterizes. He is tall and his posture oscillates between rigor and relaxation, attesting that this wine, despite its Grand Cru origins and its vintage, remains accessible and supple. The cane is an instrument aimed at enhancing the elegance but also the balance of the cuvée.As for the bike, connoisseurs will notice that it is an old racing bike, (equipped with its cans of course) affirming the racy side of this great vintage."

Henriet-Bazin Cuvée Hypolite Blanc de Blancs fût de chêne
100% Chardonnay Dosage: 4,5g/l At least 3 years of bottle maturity vinified in oak barrels Nicolas: "There is no special meaning behind this name. It's just a name that my wife Marie-Noelle and I really like. A long time ago we had the desire to mature our basic wine in wooden barrels (otherwise we still use enamel tanks but no stainless steel). At first we used used barrels from Burgundy, but this solution did not support our terroir as wine and barrels do not come from the same area. Next we bought new barrels, which were also made from French wood and hoped that our terroir could spread there and take possession of the wood. But we still weren't satisfied with that. There was still a lack of energy. Finally we found a manufacturer who agreed to make oak barrels from our forest. It was the only way for us to respect our terroir and make a champagne that only comes from our village. The oak was from the Chardonnay site of Villers-Marmery, so we made a single-variety Chardonnay cuvee. Hypolite on the label is well dressed, but more like a gentleman-farmer style because the character of the cuvée is stronger: strong but elegant. There is a “baby” oak on the front of the bike. Because he felled an oak for the barrel, he wants to plant a new one for the next generation. And because we work with the moon phase at every step, Hypolite searches for the moon to find the best place and the best moment for it." Tasting SEP20: Genreous prelude with present but fine wood aromas, salty towards the back, with honey and vanilla notes, slim in delivery due to low dosage, also has something classy, with minimally bitter notes, wonderful character! Still young at the moment, will become even more generous over time.

A complexity requiring both time and attention. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, Dosage 4g Nicola FEB24: Balance and profound harmony and complexity at its best. Vibrating sensuality, ultra long-lasting. Insane nutty resonance. Moritz FEB24: The Grands Vintages cuvée is very calm and profound. It is a blend of old vineyards (40 years old to over 100 years old) on this very special terroir, considered by all as one of the two greatest historic villages of the Côte des Blancs. Its silky texture, elegance and depth are unique. With 12 hectares of Grand Cru, we have never made a cuvée from 100% Grand Cru. Our philosophy of champagne making has always led us to add a touch of "Cuis 1er cru" to give freshness to our great vintages, because we prefer harmony to intensity. Since the 2012 vintage, we have decided to expand our range; the iconic "Grands Terroirs de Chardonnay" are complemented by 3 "Single Terroirs" in very limited quantities.
