It is an incomparable scene, an incredible journey to fly over all these vineyards with an old bell-tower apparearing in the landscape from time to time. All in an absolute calm only paced by the burner. As Olivier became a hot air ballon expert, he wanted to bring his two passions together and created the «Cuvée Montgolfière». 100% Pinot Meunier Dosage: 7g/l 3 years of bottle maturity 40% reserve wines David C. APR24: Stonefruits, great depth and complexity with subtle brioche notes. Spicy, vinous on the palate with length and a lovely creaminess. Harmonious and elegant on the finish. An excellent pairing with food or simply as an aperitif for lovers of full-bodied champagnes! Nicola DEZ23: Starts off very dark fruity and striking, then becomes very complex and has an exciting aroma at the end. Distinctive dark fruits but not cheesy, full-bodied but strong in character. A lot of wine for the tariff!

A painter and draughtswoman since 2018, her universe is inspired by the aesthetics of classical sculpture and expresses the ambivalence of human feelings through phobias. THE WORK According to Greek mythology, the Charites: Euphrosyne (Joy), Aglaé (Splendour) and Thalie (Abandonment) are the three daughters of Zeus and Eurynomé, a sea nymph. These divinities, capable of bestowing a gift on Humanity, were part of the procession of Apollo, Aphrodite and Dionysus. The entirely handmade work Χάρις (Charis / Grace) presents an artistic study of Antonio Canova's Three Graces, a masterpiece of European neoclassical sculpture, from a new angle. The three goddesses are the perfect representation of beauty, grace and movement. Nestled in the depths of white Carrara marble, this celestial combination calls to mind a timeless ideal of Art.
