Disgorgement a la volée"Nos esprits libres et contents" is a song by the 17th century French court composer Antoine de Boësset.
Nicola NOV23: Incredibly juicy and "gschmackig", with a beautiful finish of yeast & brioche, long nutty aftertaste. Great multi-layered fruit, extremely pleasant.
Moritz OKT22: Rustic-modern describes the Nos Libre Conton pretty well. A vinous body and aromas of speculoos meet a coniferous forest etherealness and wonderful minerality. Despite the incredible complexity, the wine remains accessible and has an incredible drinking flow. A tart, fruity finish lingers forever in the mouth and invites you to dream.
Nicola JUL22: Herbal-spicy nose, apricot, plum, rich, great food companion, dark berries, fresh leaves, has pressure, ripe red-cheeked apple, something is stirring here.

Moritz OCT22: A rosé with a lot of character! The baroque style is characterized by a subtle smokiness and notes of cassis. With a little air everything gets a little fresher and a playful red fruit, mountain pine and dark cedar wood appear. The champagne also shows its complexity on the palate. The variety of aromas is carried by a playful acidity, which brings incredible tension. This is not a fresh and fruity summer rosé, but a champagne with a strong character, which is also a good accompaniment to food.
Winery description:
The initial nose reveals a velvety texture enhanced by notes of toasted bread, Bigarreau cherry, sloe, blackcurrant, cassis with aromas of peony and rose. As the champagne aerates, notes of candied blackberries, wild strawberries, blood oranges, licorice and peppermint are added.
The attack on the palate is soft and fresh, with a creamy perlage. The champagne develops an enveloping fruity substance supported by an acidity of pomelo and wild berries. The mid-palate shows harmony and a chiseled character between dry, fruity and woody substances. The juicier and airier finish picks up the aromatic richness with the precision of a finely extracted fruit juice.

ChaCha customer JAN24: This “stuff” was rated 10/10 for the nose. What's interesting here is the dialogue between smell and taste: as the temperature increases, the nose becomes more opulent to the point of ideas of spaghetti ice cream with strawberry sauce and shaved white chocolate! However, the taste remains somewhat royal; Clarity and melting, saltiness “meets” lemon juice. The melty components come late, as the drink becomes warmer. A beauty, not to mention the label...
Nicola OKT22: Very clean nose, clean, precise fruit, crisp acidity nicely integrated, nice spiciness, gooseberry.
