Wonderfully developed, delicious! Extremely harmonious, straight to the point - has retained the delicacy of the Pinot Blanc, still straightforward, elegant, cool, since no sugar, then a wonderful generous mixture of honey, nuts, brioche, cream, chocolate unfolds towards the back , Coffee that blends very gently and inconspicuously into the overall picture. Great development! Rating from Customer: More yellow fruited than I would expect, fresh, linear and inviting to another sip. More interesting than 98% of what I have tasted from this grape. The bottles was empty halfway through our dinner (I would have liked to see it develop over many hours, and luckily I have another) - (93+p)

Rosé de Saignée 50 % Meunier 50 % Pinot Noir Vintage 2018 malolactic fermentation Dosage 5g/lTilman OCT24: Very promising on the nose. Deep dark red fruit, some blackberry. This continues on the palate, wonderfully underpinned with herbs, juicy acidity ensures a lovely freshness. The light and extremely elegantly integrated tannins round off the champagne wonderfully. To drink on its own or as a wonderful accompaniment to food!

Fabio OCT24: Brighter fruit, elegant, crisp acidity, very fresh and powerful, minty, very good. Nicola FEB24: On the palate there is a lot of structure and a fine red berry flavor that lingers for a long time in the grippy finish.

The baroque style is characterized by a subtle smokiness and notes of cassis. With a little air everything gets a little fresher and a playful red fruit, mountain pine and dark cedar wood appear. The champagne also shows its complexity on the palate. The variety of aromas is carried by a playful acidity, which brings incredible tension. This is not a fresh and fruity summer rosé, but a champagne with a strong character, which is also a good accompaniment to food. Winery description: The initial nose reveals a velvety texture enhanced by notes of toasted bread, Bigarreau cherry, sloe, blackcurrant, cassis with aromas of peony and rose. As the champagne aerates, notes of candied blackberries, wild strawberries, blood oranges, licorice and peppermint are added. The attack on the palate is soft and fresh, with a creamy perlage. The champagne develops an enveloping fruity substance supported by an acidity of pomelo and wild berries. Half of the wine was aged in used barriques whose wood came from their own forest. The other half aged for eleven months in amphora. No malolactic fermentation, no fining, no filtration.
