Very long and creamy finish, subtle hints of brioche and honey.Tasting FEB20 - 2012: More body, density and pressure than 2011, great aromas at the back, almonds, great storage potential, the slightly higher acidity in 2012 is very well integrated through the body, very complete, strong!Tasting FEB20 - 2011: Lighter year, white flowers, creaminess, floral, charming, elegant, extremely long, minerality melts in the finish, perfect for lighter dishes.Tasting FEB19 - 2011: Still a bit young, currently a lot of structure and more mineral, just came onto the market.Tasting FEB18 - 2010: Very accessible year, good year at the Coes des Blancs, now more open than 2008 (was tasted in parallel), coffee, creamy, ripe yellow fruits.

Slightly toasty with a lively acidity structure. A lot of fun with a lot of ambition, great balance!Tilman OCT23: Opens relatively rich and open, bacony with roasted flavours, juicy acidity, becoming increasingly slender at the back, wood present but wonderfully integrated.Nicola OCT23: Roasty, super full body, slightly oxidative, now already totally open, very good integrated wood note.Tasting OCT23 for E03: Currently quite wild, something for nerds and lovers of cuvées with strong character :) Very oxidative. 

100% Pinot NoirDosage 0g/lSingle plot in  Verpillières-sur-OurceAged in acacia barrels for 1 yearBottle ageing: At least 36 monthsAgeing under corkTilman OCT25: Nice and generous on the palate, somewhat oxidative in style, yet still straightforward. The ageing in acacia wood gives it an exciting, slightly funky aroma, but wonderfully integrated. Very fine perlage!

Great potential.
