100% Pinot BlancDosage 2g/lMatured in stainless steelBottle ageing: 4 years7 days maceration in cement vats, unfined & unfilteredNicola FEB24: Really powerful, generous, great complex special character, tastes matured but fresh and soft, floral, nice honey note.Moritz FEB24: When you put your nose in the glass, all your synapses are connected. There's a lot going on. Honeydew melon, some kiwi, oyster shells, wet stones, very fine smokiness. The nose alone is very complex. The Absimilis then really picks up speed on the palate. The combination of a very rich extract and a very austere flavour is fascinating. The finish is extremely long and leaves a delicate feeling of stone powder on the tongue.

It is already in great shape, extremely well-balanced, with a wonderful honey note, charming and at the same time very elegant and precise. Very balanced and with great finesse!Tasting FEB20 (about vintage 2013): Complex, herbaceous, racy, structure, body, very lively acidity, vibrant, pressure, complex

JM Seleque: The Soliste range presents wines from our village of Pierry, from one plot, from a single varietal and vintage. We have chosen them for their identity, their quality and their specificity - the best representations of our terroir. You already know Soliste Meunier, Soliste Chardonnay, Infusion Meunier Rosé and this year we introduce Soliste Pinot Noir. Soliste Pinot Noir comes from our "Les Gayères" property, located in the upper part of the west-facing central slope of Pierry. It was planted by my father in 1974 on cool Sparnacien clay soil, a distinctive soil of the region that contains freshwater quartz stones (formerly sought after in the production of millstones) and contributes to the distinctiveness of Pierry's wines. The Pinot Noir ripens late here and benefits from the setting sun to refine its aromas at the end of the harvest. This property also supplies the red wine for our Solessence Rosé Cuvée.

Very long and creamy finish, subtle hints of brioche and honey.Tasting FEB20 - 2012: More body, density and pressure than 2011, great aromas at the back, almonds, great storage potential, the slightly higher acidity in 2012 is very well integrated through the body, very complete, strong!Tasting FEB20 - 2011: Lighter year, white flowers, creaminess, floral, charming, elegant, extremely long, minerality melts in the finish, perfect for lighter dishes.Tasting FEB19 - 2011: Still a bit young, currently a lot of structure and more mineral, just came onto the market.Tasting FEB18 - 2010: Very accessible year, good year at the Coes des Blancs, now more open than 2008 (was tasted in parallel), coffee, creamy, ripe yellow fruits.

100% Pinot NoirDosage 0g/lFrom a single vineyard in Avirey-LingeyMaturation in barriqueBottle ageing: 3 yearsUnfined, unfiltered and without added sulphitesTilman FEB25: Typical Dosnon reduction, slightly smoky, with very subtle vanilla on the nose. Fresh on the palate, but still with great, restrained fruit. Very mineral Pinot Noir interpretation, clearly chalky impression. Enormous length even now, superbly balanced between the juicy fruit flavours and striking mineral acidity. 2019 is really fun! Two days later from the same bottle: reduction and smoke have almost disappeared, but the wood is more present, but here too it is not intrusive, but always a great symbiosis with the light red fruitiness. The minerality also comes through even more strongly, promising great potential!

100% Pinot Noir Link to single Vinyard at Weinlagen-info Dosage: 2g/l Vinification in oak The Soliste range presents wines from our village Pierry, from a single plot, from a single grape variety and a single vintage. We chose them for their identity, their quality and their distinctiveness — the best representations of our terroir You already know Soliste Meunier, Infusion Meunier Rosé, and this year we are introducing Soliste Pinot Noir. Next year, we will complete the range with the new Soliste Chardonnay. Soliste Pinot Noir comes from our “Les Gayères” plot, located on the upper part of the midslope of Pierry, facing west. It was planted by my father in 1974, on cool Sparnacien clay soil, a characteristic soil of the region that includes freshwater quartz stones (historically prized for use in millstones) and contributes to the distinctiveness of wines from Pierry. The Pinot Noir here matures late and benefits from the setting sun to refine its aromas at the end of the harvest. This plot also provides the red wine for our Solessence Rosé cuvée. 2015 was a hot and dry vintage in Champagne. The harvest was done in early September under the sun and we brought in excellent quality. We noticed that this pinot noir was particularly expressive and long. It seemed that this vintage suited this parcel particularly well, with its late-ripening terroir allowing the fruit to benefit from a longer September ripening. It was the first vintage of this cuvée and we have made an effort to reproduce it every year since. Lukas FEB23 (Vintage 2018): On the nose hints of pear, red fruit and yellow peach. In the mouth light smokiness, fine spiciness, ripe apple and ripe yellow fruit, in the finish grapefruit and some juicy peach, acidity rather subtle. Very delicate and animating. Tasting JUL21: slightly tart finish, well defined structure, fresh and crispy, with depth
