Moritz OKT22: Incredibly expressive and profound. The nose changes by the minute. From dark berry fruit to chocolate & cocoa to a certain smokiness. The acidity is taut and playful, yet the whole champagne is very round. Spicy notes are also prominent on the palate and the finish is extremely long. A very complex champagne that needs to be explored
