Moritz OCT22: Incredibly expressive and profound. The nose of the Extra Noir 2013 changes every minute. From dark berry fruit to chocolate and cocoa notes to a certain smokiness, the olfactory spectrum leaves nothing to be desired. The acidity is taut and playful, but the champagne as a whole is very round. Spicy notes are also in the foreground on the palate and the finish is extremely long. A very complex champagne that begs to be explored.
