Janisson-Baradon Brut Grande Réserve MAGNUM
€89.00
50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay
Vineyards in Epernay
Dosage: 7 g/l
Made with malolactic fermentation
Bottle aging: at least 3 years
The combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir unites freshness and elegance with body and vinous character.
Through a long aging period of at least three years on the lees, the Champagne develops a particularly fine perlage and complex aromas. Malolactic fermentation ensures a rounded, harmonious style with subtle brioche and fruit notes.
In the glass, the Brut Grande Réserve is fresh, spicy, and creamy, with a pleasant balance of fruit, minerality, and fine structure.
With a dosage of approximately 7–8 g/l, the Champagne remains dry yet approachable. It is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with seafood, fish dishes, or mild cheeses.
Nicola MRZ26: Creamy, spicy and at the same time fresh champagne, great balance with hints of mature notes.
