Maxime about the name Casse-Tête (puzzle): A work that demands great application, a problem that is difficult to solve. Chaotic and incomprehensible once started. But so harmonious once every piece has found its unique place. One year, one harvest: capricious and demanding. At first, it let us puzzled! Eventually, we couldn't get enough of that challenging year.
Tilman APR25: Great freshness, initially very straightforward and lean, underlined by the beautiful Meunier spice. Softer and juicy on the finish. Complex and fresh, very strong.
