Nicola FEB23: Extremely Burgundian, like a white Burgundy with perlage, wood influence clear but well integrated. Strong, special character, fresh.
ANDREAS DEZ22: Clearly perceptible and very appetising aroma of freshly planed oak, not toasty and coconutty but creamy and fine, turmeric, mace blossom, refreshing acidity as a counterbalance to the full-bodied structure, pleasantly unagitated perlage, as always very distinctive and bold, a great food companion.
