Robert Moncuit Reserve Perpetuelle
100% Chardonnay Dosage: 3g/l Vinified in oak barrels With malolactic fermentation Robert Moncuit started the Réserve Perpétuelle, which is always replenished with wines from the new vintage, in 2006. This cuvée, which is created in a similar way to the Solera process, is also 100% Chardonnay from Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger. Malolactic fermentation is not stopped. Each year, about 40 percent is removed and bottled. The duration of yeast aging is about five years. The style is complex and elegant, very finely balanced with three grams of dosage. L.P.M refers to the area north-west of Reims, originally called "La Petit Montagne", in which their vineyards are located. Now that another area bears this name, it can no longer be written out on the label for Maximes and Anna's champagne and is therefore "encrypted". Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: I enjoyed a good 1-hour adventure with this Blanc de Noirs. Because it changes in 10-minute intervals. Initially very restrained, it only reveals its facets with increasing airflow. It is an atypical landscape element in the vineyards of the Côte des Bar and the village of Riceys. They are limestone cairns that can be found on the edges of our vineyards. In the past, our ancestors have moved most of these stones out to facilitate the planting of future vines. Nicola OCT23: Beautifully rich, berry fruit, complex and nice length! Nicola MAI22: Has something mild, light on its feet, but also great vinosity and spice, very balanced, lots of drinking flow, acidity perfectly integrated, very pleasant!!! Winery: Nicely balanced with an aromatic complexity, a crystalline and mineral freshness. Moritz OCT22: Rustic with a modern twist describes the Le Meurgers very well. A real charmer. The delicate red fruit and the light spice that the wine reveals are playful and beguiling. The Mousseux is full-bodied and encourages drinking. fun in the glass.

Nicola JUN22: Nicely spicy, complex aromas of dried fruit, toasted aromas, coherent character, very harmonious and elegant, Long lasting nutty finish. Winery: The powerful structure of Pinot Noir is enlivened by the tension of Chardonnay. Moritz OCT22: The Cuvée Prologue is the entry point of the Domaine Labruyere. Getting started is an absolute understatement. As soon as you smell it for the first time, your eyebrows will be raised. Such complexity is not expected from the "base" cuvée of a domaine. It is immediately clear that the champagne Prologue is incredibly fresh and playful. Some cooked rhubarb and red apple are balanced beautifully with a slight herbaceous note. The first sip surprises as the wine is incredibly precise yet super juicy. The nose is reflected magnificently on the palate. The Prologue is deep, superbly balanced, and despite its complexity, accessible and charming. Aperitif character at a high level.
