Doyard Oeil de Perdrix 2019 Magnum
This cuvee makes reference to the XVIII and the beginning of the XIX century. The pinot noir is lightly pressed in the aim to obtain a natural and a light color of pink, as an “Oeil de perdrix” (in english “eye of partridge”). The result is a “rosé de pressée”, taken from the traditional method of creating rose champagnes.
