Nicola FEB24: Really strong, generous, great complex special character, tastes matured but fresh and soft, floral, nice honey note.
Moritz FEB24: Just putting your nose in the glass connects all synapses. There's a lot going on. Honeydew melon, some kiwi, oyster shell, wet stones, very fine smokiness. The nose alone is ultra complex. On the palate, the Absimilis really picks up momentum again. The combination of a very rich extract yet very austere taste is fascinating. The finish is extremely long and leaves a delicate feeling of stone powder on the tongue.
