Floral, very distinctive, not at all typical of Chardonnay, fresh vinousness, benefits from airing or being forgotten in the cellar for a while.Tasting the same bottle again the next day: Much more open, floral, fragrant, but not overpowering, with a delicate character and an exciting saltiness on the finish, truly unique.

100% Chardonnay Dosage: 0g/l 5 years of bottle maturity  Old vines (60 years) Single vineyard "Rossignol" All champagnes have been vinified with indigenous yeasts and with no filtration. They are low in sulfite (less than 35mg/l). Riddling by hand. Tasting JUL19: More power, more acid, a little tannins, very long, again the ethereal, structure, finesse. Almost a bit young at the moment. Tasting FEB20: Burgundian, straightforward, very complex, austerity and still character, salty, Unami, nice nutty finish, 4 years in bottle, a lot of pressure on the palate not strict. Tasting JUL21: very nice aromatic fine nose, tight, dratig, straight, light creaminess, light caramel note, very long finish, not too strict.   

100% Pinot Noir Terroir: Ambonnay Parcelle: Les Beurys Age of vines: 35 years 100% vinified in wood No malolactic Dosage: 3 g/l Nicola FEB24: Tremendous pressure, vibration, balance, great complexity, aromatic + super delicate + drive. Moritz FEB24: Dense blackberry, salt licorice, and a fine spice on the nose. The palate is delicate yet very powerful. Endless finish. Tasting FEB20: Powerful, a lot of body, currently more nutty than vinous"I feel naked" - that's what Eric said to us. Eric Rodez is known as the master of assemblage and now he had to trust that the single parcelle contains all a great champagne needs. And these brand new champagnes are really grand. One of the most elegant, deep and complex champagnes we tasted from this domain so far. His son Mikhael was the driver to this initiative: "It's time father" he said...

One of the most elegant, deep and complex champagnes we tasted from this domain so far. His son Mikhael was the driver to this initiative: "It's time father" he sayd... Nicola FEB24: Straightforward top cuvée with a miles-long nutty finish, a Porsche races through the head cinema with the aromas, dizzying one. Moritz FEB24: Light reduction, salty, smoked almond, beautiful symbiosis. The nose is well reflected on the palate. Citrus notes are added. Elegant, dancing acidity, dense. Ultra-long finish. With every sip, one forgets the world around them. Grand head cinema. Pardon my French: But this is pure Chardonnay sex! And there are no more words to describe it. Must be experienced.

100% Chardonnay From the two Premier Cru sites "Les Nogers" with very clay, limestone and chalky soils in Cuis. Average age of the vines: 50 years Fermentation spontaneously in tuns, followed by aging on the fine lees for eight months. Bottle maturation: 5 years Dosage: 2-3 g/l

100% Chardonnay Terroir: Ambonnay Parcelles: Le Noyers Saint Pys, Les Genettes, La Crayères, Les Agusons Age of Vines: 43 years 100% vinification in oak No malolactic Dosage: 2 g/l Tasting FEB20: Incredible, powerful, rousing, density, smoothness!  

The single vineyard Les Chênes champagne is produced exclusively with Chardonnay. Les Chênes is a renowned vineyard located halfway up the slope along the street to Hautvillers, east of Cumières. There is only a thin soil layer over the chalky parent rock. The first vintage produced only 400 bottles, although today production has expanded to 1800 bottles — produced solely in the finest vintages and only as Brut Nature.  

100% Pinot Meunier from single vineyard "Les Gouttes d'Or" Dosage: 2g/l Vinified in oak and concrete egg Les Solistes are wines from typical vineyards which give us a very significant caracter of their terroir. SOILS: Bottom of the hill, ocher clays with strong presence of flint calcite, on chalk of the Campanian AGING: On cork - 4 years (75CL) • 5 years (1,5L) PRODUCTION: 1500 bottles and 30 magnums JM Seleque: "The nobility of the great Meunier, on a historical terroir, a massales selection of 1951 that gives us wines both fine and precise." Nicola MAR26 (2020): Yellow, spicy fruit, expressive, aromatic with freshness, pressure, and a nutty, smoky finish.Tilman MAR26 (2020): Very mineral and cool, underpinned by fine spice and herbaceousness, strong balance, light grip, great verticality.
