30% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay vinified as white wine, 46% Pinot Noir vinified as maceration Dosage: 3g/l Average age of the vines: 33 Years Vinification: 80% in wood 40% malolactic fermentation, 60% without 4 years bottle aging Dosage: 3g/l Full-bodied, vinous, food friendly! Nicola FEB24: Ultra-complex, vibrant fruit, very strong energy, such lightness and finesse, there's hardly a better rosé out there. Moritz FEB24: Complex and radiant. Cooked strawberry, strawberry leaf, and earthy umami notes offer an extremely diverse taste experience. The acidity almost dances across the tongue with a lightness that is invigorating. The finish seems endless. A rosé champagne for those who have dismissed rosé as trivial and are open to being pleasantly surprised.

50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot NoirDosage 2g/lFrom the single vineyards La Montagne & Les BellenauxAged in wooden barrelsBottle ageing: 7 yearsAged under cork, both grape varieties are macerated together, no malolactic fermentation, no filtrationJP Geoffroy: Our aim when we created this new vintage was to strive for a Rosé Champagne that was different, lighter. The delicate nose reveals notes of rose and violet petals and a hint of grenadine. In the mouth the striking minerality releases aromas of mandarin orange zest and pink grapefruit. The whole is complemented by a wonderful bitterness and very pleasant freshness as it fades from the mouth.Tasting FEB20: Very charming fruit, lots of elegance, complex red fruits, floral, purist, clear yet fruit-driven. Take your time & philosophise

100% Pinot Noir From old vines in Vertus Dosage: 3g/l Vinification:This technique is rarely used in Champagne: the Pinots are partly destemmed and left to macerate for two to three days before the 'bleeding' is carried out. Then come the natural alcoholic fermentation (indigenous yeast) in an enamel-lined steel vat and a concrete egg, the malolactic fermentation and the maturation on the lees for about a year. The bottling takes place end of July. After being aged a minimum of 2 years in our cellars, the wine is disgorged 6 months before being marketed with a discreet dosage (2 grams of sugar). Tasting notes: WineAdvocate/Robert Parker - September 2020 || 93 points - The new rendition of Larmandier-Bernier's NV Extra Brut Rosé de Saignée has turned out very nicely, unwinding in the glass with aromas of orange rind, red berries, pear, white flowers and fresh bread. Medium to full-bodied, bright and fleshy, with an enveloping core of fruit, racy acids and delicate phenolic presence, it's still a little tightly wound—especially compared with last year's especially explosively aromatic release—but it should blossom beautifully in time for summer and beyond. JamesSuckling.com, October 2017 - Rosé de Saignée 1er Cru Extra Brut NV || 92 points - “Vintage 2014 released early as NV, this is a terrific expression of youthful pinot noir saignée with a 10% inclusion of co-planted pinot gris fermented in stainless and concrete eggs (20-25%). Delivers chalky minerals, poached pear and strawberries on the nose and palate. Smooth, soft and supple palate texture. Delicious. Made to drink young.”

80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir Dosage: 0g/l Vinified in small oak barrels Uncompromising tribute to Tarlant’s Lutetian limestone plots Markus Hofschuster Wein-Plus about 2005: Deep, firm and complex, pronounced yeasty scent of pomaceous fruit and a little citrus fruit with floral aromas and very fine, rather dark spiciness. Juicy, dense and ripe-fruity in the mouth, lively, fine mousseux, nutty and herbal aromas, also a hint of tobacco, has a grip, but also something open-hearted, very slightly oxidative, complex, certain strength and melting, enormous substance, becomes more in the air cooler and firmer, clear minerality, deep, multi-layered and long, with a proper pull at the back. In wonderful shape. 96/100P
