Vincent Bliard Libre comme l’air Rosé - Bio
75% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier (of which 7% red wine)Dosage 4g/litreChardonnay, Pinot Noir & Meunier from Hautvillers (Premier Cru)Matured in wooden barrels for 1 yearBottle ageing: at least 4 yearsNo fining, no filtration, minimal addition of sulphurNicola Oct25: Generous, lavish fruit aromas that remain wonderfully light thanks to the Chardonnay influence; minimal funky aromas make it exciting.Nicola FEB24: Beautifully charming and, as always with this cuvée, a unique flavour, black plum, generous yet light-footed aromas.Moritz FEB24: A very nice blend of raspberry, plum and a hint of mint on the nose. On the palate, the mint is more pronounced and the fruit is more cherry-like with a slight malolactic fermentation. This creates a charming creaminess. However, the taut acidity cuts through the creamy, round body like a butter knife and gives the champagne more dimension and additional freshness.Nicola OKT22: Berry, earthy, beautiful tannins, rich, food companionMoritz OKT22: Chardonnay-heavy rosé from a single vintage and aged for at least 1 year in wood is a rarity. But the Libre comme l'air is exactly that. Spicy and playful with a light red fruit flavour and a taut acidity. A truly complex rosé that leaves you wanting more.

The harmony of flavors."Tilman MAR26 (B22): Delicate fruitiness beautifully balanced by a slight bitterness, juicy with depth and complexity, very harmonious and gastronomic.Nicola MAR26 (B22): Very delicate fruit, fresh, minimally earthy, mineral, stony. Nicola FEB24: A really great balance with lovely austere fruit, taut, grip, gritty yet still juicy with a nice flow. Moritz FEB24: The nose shows a relatively tart red fruitiness, predominantly wild strawberry and rosehip. The mouthfeel is very juicy but gains a lot of tension from the tight acidity. Here too, the fruit is again on the tart side, which makes it a very serious rosé. The taste lingers forever in the finish. A really great drinking flow! Lukas FEB23: On the nose raspberry, strawberry and some peach. In the mouth raspberry and currant, backed by a very nice acidity and light notes of yeast and wood. Very nice drinking flow with good freshness, makes a very good food companion. Tasting JUL21: extremely juicy, light tannins, rosé character yet fresh Tasting FEB20: Basis 2017 - Soft and very harmonious, different components all perfectly integrated, despite beautiful fruit you don't think of fruit, fruit etc.

Lointier Causica Rosé de Saigneé 2022
100% Pinot Meunier from the oldest vines Dosage 1.5g/l brown limestone & clay no herbicides, no insecticides 50% used barrique (from the own forest) & 50% amphora over 11 monthsno malo / filtration / fining Causica comes from the oldest Meunier vines of the Lointiers. Half of the wine was aged in used barriques whose wood came from their own forest. The other half aged for eleven months in amphora. No malolactic fermentation, no fining, no filtration. The yeast aging on the bottle is at least 22 months. The name Causica derives from a subspecies of honeybee that has a special hairiness - similar to the leaves of Pinot Meunier. Causica smells invitingly of cookie and peach cream, with an exciting smoky undercurrent to everything. The palate shows plenty of structure as well as a fine red berry quality that lingers long on the grippy finish.
