Etienne Sandrin Coteaux Champenois Le Bruyant 2022 - Still Wine
White Wine from Champagne Region, Appellation Coteaux Champenois 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Blanc Blanc de Noirs Spontaneous fermentation Biodynamic farming (Demeter) Vinification in inox tank <300 btl. Le Bruyant Coteaux is the version " without bubbles " of the champagne of the same name.Etienne and Anne wanted to create here a fun wine, a convivial wine, for them the ultimate expression of an organic and dynamic wine: "It is the bottle you will open on a summer evening on the terrace in the shade of the vines in the evening with homemade pâtés, chaource and epoisse, tomatoes from the garden, a nice slice of homemade bread, chicken breast marinated and cooked in the embers of the vines. This is the wine of friends, as we have always understood it in the family. We only produce 300 bottles a year, but we just wish they would bring out 300 smiles and a little more when shared." Lukas FEB23 (Vint. 2019): In the nose quite spicy with hints of garam marsala and cumin, in the background some ripe vineyard peach. In the mouth juicy with primarilly citrus and peach notes, hints of juicy peach on the finish. Very animating, with nicely integrated acidity that provides very good drinking flow and draught.

Etienne Sandrin Beauregard 2019 - Bio
100% Pinot Noir Single vineyard Beauregard Biodynamic farming Spontaneous fermentation Dosage: 0g/l 2-3 years bottle aging Etienne describes the wine beautifully: "The whole description of the wine is contained in this name "Beauregard": A beautiful look is at once gentle, subtle, delicate, without frills, without mascara. In short, its natural beauty is sufficient unto itself. Beauregard has this in its genes and especially in its soil. We are on the first subsidence of the Upper Kimmeridgian, directly under the Portlandien, whose rock is found in the upper part of the plot. In other words, we are on "pebbles" with white clay and a not very deep soil. So the wine immediately becomes more discreet, fine and subtle. The Pinots Noirs of Beauregard then give a delicate fruit, like cherry or currant or even raspberry. Being on the north side, we also get a lot of freshness. In short, it is again a whole new flavor, in the range of "Parcellaires" of Sandrin champagnes. Nicola OKT23: For Sandrin's calm and reserved champagnes, relatively expressive with singing fruit, straight and mineral.

Etienne Sandrin Le Bruyant 2019 - Bio
100% Pinot Noir Single vineyard Le Bruyant Biodynamic farming Spontaneous fermentation Dosage: 0g/l 2-3 years bottle aging Le Bruyant from the parcel of the same name is also available as a still wine. Since 2019, this parcel is always vinified in two ways. The generosity of the terroir of Le Bruyant consists of deep brown clay, resulting in a particular expression of Pinot Noir. The parcel is located directly across from Mouille-Brant, af the other side of the river on a lower slope facing north. This makes the wines particularly fresh, restrained and delicate. The vineyard Mouille-Brant, facing south, is more for exuberance and aromatic explosion.

Pierre Brocard Absimilis 2019
100% Pinot Blanc Dosage: 2g/l 7 days "whole bunch" maceration in cement vats Maturation in steel tanks Unfined & unfiltered 4 years bottle ageing Nicola FEB24: Really strong, generous, great complex special character, tastes matured but fresh and soft, floral, nice honey note. Moritz FEB24: Just putting your nose in the glass connects all synapses. There's a lot going on. Honeydew melon, some kiwi, oyster shell, wet stones, very fine smokiness. The nose alone is ultra complex. On the palate, the Absimilis really picks up momentum again. The combination of a very rich extract yet very austere taste is fascinating. The finish is extremely long and leaves a delicate feeling of stone powder on the tongue.
