It has minimal, pleasant tannins that provide some grip, generous notes of ripeness and toastiness, and is always fresh and vibrant.Moritz FEB24: The nose emits a warm spice accompanied by dark berry fruits and a hint of red apple. On the palate, the champagne shows its backbone. The acidity is powerful yet does not lose its elegance. A fine spice and tart red apple also dominate the taste, indicative of a perfectly managed use of wood. The endlessly long finish leaves beautiful mature flavors on the palate. A great companion to food.Nicola FEB24: Very aromatic, rich in extract, herbal, minimal sherry aftertaste, biodynamic touch, a slightly wilder release than in previous years.Moritz OKT22: Fresh, spicy and with a skilful use of wood, the bar is set extremely high with this ‘entry-level’ champagne.

A true charmer. The delicate red fruitiness and light spiciness that the wine reveals are playful and beguiling. The mousseux is full-bodied and encourages drinking. Fun in a glass.
The second cuvée from the Moncuit domaine is produced solely using wines from the Le Mesnil sur Oger vineyard. Here too the wines are made from a single vintage.

Antonio Galloni Vintage NV – 93P: The Brut is effusive, bright and focused. The added dosage in the Brut version versus the Extra Brut lends texture and resonance while enhancing all the orchard fruit, citrus and floral flavors. Ample and broad, with notable depth, the Brut is a pure and total delight.

Named after the grandmother of Laurent, that's why the dosage is a bit higher as this was en vogue these days.
All champagnes have been vinified with indigenous yeasts and with no filtration.
They are low in sulfite (less than 35mg/l)
Riddling by hand .
Tasting: Named after Laurent's grandmother, therefore it is slightly higher dosed, as this was so popular in the past. But it looks anything but sweet, but extremely charming, clean, clear, playful, floral, a little fruity, beautiful!

David APR24:
Very elegant, floral, fresh with citrus fruits on the nose. Great complexity with yeast, brioche and wood notes. Citrus fruits again on the palate, fine bubbles, fresh and mineral. Intense and long finish. A multi-layered and intense champagne with drinking flow. One of my favourites!
Lukas FEB23: In the nose initially a bit closed up, needs air and then shows floral-herbal and complex warm spicy notes. In the mouth very full-bodied and complex, primarily ripe apple and fine spiciness, backed by a nicely integrated acidity and a very long finish. Needs air to show its full potential but then opens up beautifully.

The new cuvée from Marie-Noelle and Nicolas is about respect.
Respect for the founders and ancestors of the winery:
It all started with Gaston Henriet, Marie-Noelle's great-grandfather. He owned vineyards in Verzenay that were mainly planted with Pinot Noir and, like almost all of them at the time, sold his grapes to the cooperative. In 1890 he decided to produce champagne under his own name and Champagne Henriet was born. There was a generation on the side of the later married-in Bazin winery, another key figure: Louise. Louise had a great love for the Chardonnay vines and vineyards in Villers-Marmery and looked after them with great devotion as if it were her own garden.
These two people form the backbone of today's Champagane Henriet-Bazin winery and Nicolas and Marie Noelle try to follow the ideals established at the time with carefully introduced innovations.
This cuvée is also about respect for nature and its processes, which you have to understand in order to create a cuvée that is so coherent in itself that it does not require a dosage.
This cuvée, made in equal parts from Pinot Noir (Gaston) and Chardonnay (Louise), is dedicated to these two important people, whose work and passion have shaped the perspective of the two winemakers and laid the foundation for their appreciation and attention to nature.
The tadem on the label means that you don't necessarily have to be faster as a couple, but you can certainly get further :)
Tilman JAN24: A multi-layered cuvée that starts off as winey and spicy and reaches a long mineral finish supported by fine brioche aromas.
Tasting MRZ21: Very little attack, Pinot takes the stage first, the aroma melts at the back and the fresher, more elegant Chardonnay prevails, nice nutty finish. Straight but not too sparse despite the zero dosage, because of the vinous, pinot-fruity aroma. Powerful. lively and juicy!
Tasting JUL21: Very juicy, strong drinking flow, high quality fruit, nice mix of red fruits and mature yellow fruit, straight, spicy and aromatic, consistent, restrained acidity, very nice nutty finish, crisp, develops more complex flavors over time
