Nicola OCT25: Crisp, powerful, fresh, with spice and exciting aromas from the reserve wine component: slight maturity, roasted aromas, nutty finish, crisp red fruit.
Nicola FEB24: An extremely strong release, complex, spicy, with roast notes, body, herbal, exciting.
Lukas FEB23: Riper notes on the nose, some yeast and red fruit, especially cherry. Juicy in the mouth, backed by a fine acidity that provides a nice freshness in the background.
Moritz AUG22: A beautiful mix of ripe red apple and fresh green olive, creating a lovely interplay of fruitiness and freshness. Fresh, lively, complex basic champagne with structure!
