Janisson-Baradon Grande Réserve Rosé is an elegant rosé Champagne from Épernay in the Vallée de la Marne. The blend combines Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, uniting freshness, fruit, and a subtle spiciness into a harmonious whole.
The assemblage consists of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier. The Champagne matures on the lees for at least three years, resulting in a fine perlage and a creamy texture. With a dosage of approximately 7 g/l, this rosé Champagne remains dry yet approachable.
Malolactic fermentation further contributes to a smooth, harmonious style. In the glass, the Champagne is fresh, juicy, and fruit-forward with elegant red berry aromas. Its fine structure makes it particularly appealing both as an aperitif and as a versatile food pairing.
