The aging notes are beautifully and perfectly integrated, superbly balanced, and generous on the finish.Nicola FEB25 (Vintage 2019): Initially racy and pithy, but then quickly opens up with air and becomes more generous. Some honey, herbs, very good perlage, seems to benefit enormously from air, becomes really complex!Tilman FEB25 (Vintage 2019): Brioche-like, but at the same time clearly fresh due to the Meslier, beautiful perlage, nutty, enormously vibrant, energetic.
