Nicola FEB26: Currently very fresh and somewhat closed. Floral, very distinctive, not at all typical of Chardonnay, fresh vinousness, benefits from airing or being forgotten in the cellar for a while.
Tasting the same bottle again the next day: Much more open, floral, fragrant, but not overpowering, with a delicate character and an exciting saltiness on the finish, truly unique.
