Alexis Limar – Fan Collection
Every now and then, you meet a grower at the Printemps des Champagnes where it's immediately clear from the very first glass: this has a bright future. That's exactly how we felt when we discovered Alexis Limar. Having taken over his grandfather's small family estate in 2023, Alexis has been shaping its identity with remarkable determination. Across just three hectares of vineyards, he produces wines of precision, freshness and quiet elegance. In the cellar, he works with spontaneous fermentation, without fining or filtration, and since 2023 all fermentations and ageing take place exclusively in small Burgundy barrels. This strictly limited collection brings together not only his two current Champagnes, but also offers the rare opportunity to discover one of his still wines. We were able to secure just six bottles of Le Haut des Chapelleries, and each of them is included in one of these six exclusive packs.Nos Terres Amoureuses Brut Nature100% Meunier, beautifully linear, herbal and mineral. Its silky mousse, delicate fruit and zero dosage make it an elegant and refined Blanc de Noirs.Les Pieds dans la Terre 2020A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier. Tarlant L’Étincelante 2002
57% Chardonnay, 29% Pinot Noir, 14% Meunier Dosage: 0g/l First fermentation of the base wines in wooden vats Malolactic fermentation was not forced. Disgorgement September 2018 Bottle aging: 15 years Tasting: wow! The fifteen years on the lees until disgorgement in September 2018 make for a monumental wine. Its expression of character, origin, identity and great elegance is unique. The nose reveals toasted hazelnuts and almonds. The enormously long yeast storage spreads an absolute sense of well-being through the smell alone. Yellow and green apples in all facets. Brioche spread with butter. Almond biscuits and shortcrust pastry. Your mind is totally lost. Lemon tart with burnt meringue. And there is always a wall of pure chalk and filigree behind the countless aromas and nuances. Can't wait for the first sip. As soon as he starts drinking, he really gives it gas. A great combination of maturity, yeast autolysis and minerality. The mousseux creates the first moments in a creamy and opulent manner. As soon as the melt has reached its peak, its balanced acidity sets in and ensures a tightrope walk. The acid harmonizes brilliantly with the incredible minerality. Lemon and apple aromas provide the freshness kick. The maturity of the wine cannot be denied. But matured with dignity and in this construct just the right dose. The mouthfeel is elegant and delicate. The reverberation sticks endlessly on the palate. Sensationally good wine.

New Discoveries – 4-Bottle Tasting Pack Labruyère & Limar
Sometimes it's the newest discoveries that leave the strongest impression. With Alexis Limar and the two new Premier Cru single-vineyard Champagnes from Champagne Labruyère, we are delighted to introduce four wines that perfectly illustrate the exciting direction the new generation of Champagne is taking.Alexis Limar only took over his grandfather's small family estate in 2023, yet he has already developed a remarkably distinctive style. Across just three hectares of vineyards, he crafts Champagnes defined by precision, freshness and character. In the cellar, he relies on spontaneous fermentation, ageing exclusively in small Burgundy barrels, and avoids both fining and filtration. The result is a range of authentic, terroir-driven Champagnes with a strong sense of individuality.Labruyère, too, places terroir at the heart of its philosophy. With the new Premier Cru vineyards Rilly-la-Montagne and Ludes, the house expands its collection with two uncompromising single-vineyard Champagnes, both produced without dosage and expressing nothing but the character of their respective sites. Rilly-la-Montagne, a pure Pinot Noir, offers an open, juicy and remarkably precise expression of its terroir, while Ludes, a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, impresses with its powerful structure and remarkable depth. Both wines are entirely barrel-aged and beautifully demonstrate how two neighbouring Premier Cru vineyards can produce such distinctive expressions. The pack includes:Alexis Limar Nos Terres Amoureuses Brut NatureAlexis Limar Les Pieds dans la Terre 2020Labruyère 1er Cru – Rilly-la-MontagneLabruyère 1er Cru – LudesIncluding detailed producer information cards.4 bottles including tasting discount.Enjoy discovering!Your ChaCha Team

J-M Sélèque Soliste Pinot Noir Les Gayères 2017 MAGNUM
100% Pinot Noir Link to single Vinyard at Weinlagen-info Dosage: 2g/l Vinification in oak The Soliste range presents wines from our village Pierry, from a single plot, from a single grape variety and a single vintage. We chose them for their identity, their quality and their distinctiveness — the best representations of our terroir You already know Soliste Meunier, Infusion Meunier Rosé, and this year we are introducing Soliste Pinot Noir. Next year, we will complete the range with the new Soliste Chardonnay. Soliste Pinot Noir comes from our “Les Gayères” plot, located on the upper part of the midslope of Pierry, facing west. It was planted by my father in 1974, on cool Sparnacien clay soil, a characteristic soil of the region that includes freshwater quartz stones (historically prized for use in millstones) and contributes to the distinctiveness of wines from Pierry. The Pinot Noir here matures late and benefits from the setting sun to refine its aromas at the end of the harvest. This plot also provides the red wine for our Solessence Rosé cuvée. 2015 was a hot and dry vintage in Champagne. The harvest was done in early September under the sun and we brought in excellent quality. We noticed that this pinot noir was particularly expressive and long. It seemed that this vintage suited this parcel particularly well, with its late-ripening terroir allowing the fruit to benefit from a longer September ripening. It was the first vintage of this cuvée and we have made an effort to reproduce it every year since. Nicola MAR26 (2020): Red fruit, lots of energy, body, earthy, powerful aromas, yet elegant, lots of presence.Tilman MAR26 (2020): Earthy, dark, mineral, yet very clear and precise, very slight berry notes. Strong! Lukas FEB23 (Vintage 2018): On the nose hints of pear, red fruit and yellow peach. In the mouth light smokiness, fine spiciness, ripe apple and ripe yellow fruit, in the finish grapefruit and some juicy peach, acidity rather subtle. Very delicate and animating. Tasting JUL21: slightly tart finish, well defined structure, fresh and crispy, with depth
