Enormous length even now, superbly balanced between the juicy fruit flavours and striking mineral acidity. 2019 is really fun! Two days later from the same bottle: reduction and smoke have almost disappeared, but the wood is more present, but here too it is not intrusive, but always a great symbiosis with the light red fruitiness. The minerality also comes through even more strongly, promising great potential!

Tasting FEB20: Very harmonious product, very nice brioche, creamy, very long, acidity makes it lively, well integrated, this release is still young, great with seafood, very elegant Tasting FEB19: Extremely long, at the same time rather delicate in length, nutty in the finish, lively, acidity very well buffered, salty, mineral, yellow fresh fruits, everything very precise and yet soft - excellent combination!
