Dosnon Récolte Blanche MAGNUM
100% ChardonnayDosage 5g/lMaturation in barriqueBottle ageing: 3 yearsNicola OKT23: Rich, opulent, almost lavish, really beautiful!Nicola FEB23: Extremely Burgundian, like a white Burgundy with perlage, wood influence clear but well integrated. Strong, special character, fresh.ANDREAS DEZ22: Clearly perceptible and very appetising aroma of freshly planed oak, not toasty and coconutty but creamy and fine, turmeric, mace blossom, refreshing acidity as a counterbalance to the full-bodied structure, pleasantly unagitated perlage, as always very distinctive and bold, a great food companion.

Marie Courtin Efflorescence 2019 MAGNUM - Bio
100% Pinot Noir Dosage: Extra Brut Barrel fermentation, followed by maturation in barrique for 9-10 months. Bottled in spring. The fruit comes from the same site as Resonance and thus shows the same distinctive terroir and minerality. The difference between the two Champagnes thus lies primarily in the barrel influence. When all runs well, oak provides well-made Champagne with a more complex and nuanced character. Rather than standing in the spotlight, the barrel here supports from the wings. It stabilizes and smooths the individual components into a stunning and balanced whole.

Ruppert-Leroy – 4-Bottle Fan Pack
Few estates embody our philosophy of terroir-driven Grower Champagne as consistently as Ruppert-Leroy. Located in the village of Essoyes in the Côte des Bar, this small family domaine has long been regarded as one of the pioneers of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Champagne. Rather than focusing on grape varieties or blending styles, the estate places each individual vineyard parcel at the heart of its work. This selection offers the perfect opportunity to explore four distinct single-vineyard Champagnes. Although they all originate from the same vintage and are crafted according to the very same philosophy, each cuvée expresses a unique personality. This is exactly what makes Ruppert-Leroy so fascinating: the wines are not primarily a reflection of the winemaker, but of the individual terroirs from which they come. A perfect tasting set for anyone who would like to discover just how profoundly vineyard site can shape the character of a Champagne. Includes: Ruppert-Leroy Cuvée Les Cognaux V22 – Organic Ruppert-Leroy Cuvée Martin Fontaine V22 – Organic Ruppert-Leroy Cuvée Fosse-Grely V22 – Organic Ruppert-Leroy Cuvée Papillon V22 – Organic Including detailed information cards about the estate and each individual cuvée. 4 bottles including our tasting discount.
