The Chardonnay grapes come from two Grand Cru terroirs: Le Mesnil and Oger. An ideal combination, according to the winemaker Pierre Amillet, because Le Mesnil is very firm and acidic, a little softer Ogre. Tasting: Very fine character; light biscuit and delicate smokiness on the nose, lively and wonderfully fresh on the palate.

100% Chardonnay Dosage: 5g/l 100% Reserve wines 4 - 5 years of bottle maturity Assemblage of only high quality and complex reserve wines. 60-month yeast storage leads to typical brioche flavors, fine nuttiness and hints of candied citrus fruits. With all the ripeness on the palate, it is still extremely fresh and salty, mineral.
