100% Chardonnay, Grand Cru
About 10 years bottle aging
Dosage: 3g/l
Tasting Nicola FEB23: Straightforward with creamy generosity, fresh with hints of brioche (will intensify with increasing maturity), very fine, elegant and at the same time powerful and extremely harmonious, balanced. Strong, already gives a lot of pleasure. No wonder it has matured for about 10 years and comes from one of the most sought-after Grand Cru locations in Champagne: le Mesnil sur Oger.
Nicola OCT23: Now opens up slowly and gets the beautifully ripe, nutty flavor. Very profound, rich in finesse, elegant, long nutty finish, great combination with the freshness of 2012.

Giuseppe Lauria Editor-in-Chief WEINWISSER APR23: Powerful bouquet with mineral and freshly baked brioche notes. The crystalline delicacy and precision beams you straight to Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Also very fine and elegant in the mouth, at the same time powerful and with a creamy texture, wonderfully harmonious and balanced. The 10 years of aging on the yeast come into their own here. Extremely stimulating. What a joy. Due to the high acidity typical of Le Mesnil, malolactic fermentation is carried out. The result is precise, linear wines that animate with their finesse-rich freshness and the clear fruit. 18/20-2029

Light notes of maturity but still a youthful freshness. A very fine smokiness underlies aromas of brioche & lemon zest. Very fresh playful perlage and a good backbone give the champagne incredible complexity. Very long finish. Great champagne joy!

Furthermore, citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin), peach and roasted apricots. The aromas on the palate are initially pure and of enormous density, interrupted by a hearty minerality. Then the Chardonnay presents itself with its palette of butter brioche and toast notes, which transition into coffee and chocolate.Nicola OKT23: Terre 12 is a monument! Really strong, the acidity is not as present as in 08, initially a very light touch of honey, but then the beautiful freshness and perfectly integrated acidity fade into the background and culminate in a radiant, sublime finish – wonderful!Tasting FEB20 (About vintage 2010): Extremely complex, perfectly developed, currently still few tertiary aromas (aromas that develop during maturation such as dried fruit, nuts, cocoa, leather, etc.), very lively aromatics, powerful, spice, incredibly sparkling complexity. The freshness bubbles into the brain and provides a reboot!

Nicola FEB24: A very strong release, unexpected for 2011, he made it only because he found the wine to be so magnificent. Balanced aromatics, rich in nuances, very complex spice, ripe fruits, delicately prancing acidity.
Moritz FEB24: Tasting sample has been open for 4 days: Smoky, spicy, dense, dark fruit. On the palate, gripping without losing elegance. Round and polished. So complex that not everything can be put into words. Despite the vintage, a splendid champagne with an extremely long finish. Air does it good. The champagne stood perfectly in the tasting.
