Then the Chardonnay presents itself with its palette of butter brioche and toast notes, which transition into coffee and chocolate.Nicola OKT23: Terre 12 is a monument! Really strong, the acidity is not as present as in 08, initially a very light touch of honey, but then the beautiful freshness and perfectly integrated acidity fade into the background and culminate in a radiant, sublime finish – wonderful!Tasting FEB20 (About vintage 2010): Extremely complex, perfectly developed, currently still few tertiary aromas (aromas that develop during maturation such as dried fruit, nuts, cocoa, leather, etc.), very lively aromatics, powerful, spice, incredibly sparkling complexity.
