In the frost-affected 2021 vintage, the Rossignol vineyard suffered severe damage, leaving too few grapes for a separate vinification. Instead, Laurent Vauversin chose to vinify the untouched La Petite Haye parcel on its own, with outstanding results. After several months of ageing in oak, this exceptional single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs was bottled – a cuvée that will only be released as a standalone wine in exceptional vintages.
Tilman JUL26: A lovely, elegant and playful nose. On the palate, it has a medium-bodied structure, lovely ripe citrus aromas, firm yet soft acidity, a hint of nuttiness and absolute elegance. Highly recommended!
