Nicola FEB24: Really beautiful and charming, delicate with fine spice, minimal earthy notes on the finish.
Moritz FEB24: The nose is already very promising. Oyster shells, wet stones and a pleasant yellow fruitiness. Quite juicy on the palate, with the straightforward acidity coming through. The very long finish reveals a slight spiciness that gives the champagne even more tension.
Nicola OKT23: Great celebration, very complex, rich wood influence
