Nicola FEB24: Really beautiful and charming, delicate with fine spice, minimal earthy notes in the finish.
Moritz FEB24: The nose already seems very promising. Oyster shell, wet stones, and a pleasant yellow fruitiness. On the palate, quite juicy, where the straight acidity cuts through nicely again. In the very long finish, there is a slight vegetative spiciness, which adds even more tension to the champagne.
