Gallimard Les Meurgers Blanc de Noir Extra Brut
100% Pinot NoirDosage 4g/lAged in stainless steelBottle ageing: 3 years30% reserve wines, disgorged by HandNicola OKT23: Beautifully rich, berry fruit, complex and lovely length!Nicola MAI22: Has something mild and light-footed, but also great vinousness and spice, very balanced, very drinkable, aromatic in combination with polished, very nice finish, acidity perfectly integrated, very pleasantAndreas JUL22: It starts off with a bang / has power and dark berry aromas / immediately appealing – sticks well to the glass / seems masculine but not macho / then a grippy texture creeps up from behind and skilfully slows down the fruit on the tongue / a ‘what was that’ feeling develops, followed by a ‘but that was good, I'll try another glass’Moritz OKT22: Rustic with a modern twist describes Le Meurgers very well. A true charmer. The delicate red fruitiness and light spiciness that the wine reveals are playful and beguiling. The mousseux is full-bodied and encourages drinking. Fun in a glass.

Pierre Moncuit Delos
The second cuvée from the Moncuit domaine is produced solely using wines from the Le Mesnil sur Oger vineyard. Here too the wines are made from a single vintage. 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs Dosage: 6g/l Nicola OKT23: A little darker than Pierre Moncuit's Hugues de Coulmet, more body, more power, more grip, a little darker, more distinctive, more mineral Antonio Galloni Vintage NV – 93P: The Brut is effusive, bright and focused. The added dosage in the Brut version versus the Extra Brut lends texture and resonance while enhancing all the orchard fruit, citrus and floral flavors. Ample and broad, with notable depth, the Brut is a pure and total delight.

Pierre Moncuit Delos Extra Brut
The second cuvée from the Moncuit domaine is produced solely using wines from the Le Mesnil sur Oger vineyard. Here too the wines are made from a single vintage. 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs Dosage: 2g/l Awards: "Special wine of le Point" : 17,5/20 Nicola OCT23: Even more grip and character than the Delos Brut, cooler and darker in minerality Antonio Galloni Vintage NV – 92P: The Extra is fabulous. Bright and full of energy and sizzles with tension. Lemon peel, white flowers, mint and white pepper are all beautifully lifted. The Extra Brut really comes alive with a bit of time in the glass. It's a style that works so well at Moncuit.

Vauversin Aubeline - Bio
100% Chardonnay Dosage: 7g/l 2 years of bottle maturity 40% reserve wines vinified in oak Named after the grandmother of Laurent, that's why the dosage is a bit higher as this was en vogue these days. All champagnes have been vinified with indigenous yeasts and with no filtration. They are low in sulfite (less than 35mg/l) Riddling by hand . Tasting: Named after Laurent's grandmother, therefore it is slightly higher dosed, as this was so popular in the past. But it looks anything but sweet, but extremely charming, clean, clear, playful, floral, a little fruity, beautiful!

Henriet-Bazin Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut
100% Pinot Noir From two Grand Cru Terroirs: Verzenay und Verzy Dosage: 5g/l Bottle maturation: 3 years Contains 30% reserve wines until 1968 Tasting JUL20: Great mixture of generous wineiness and spicy-nutty-complex complexity thanks to the reserve wines. The latter reverberate for a few minutes and give the feeling of having something of very high quality in the glass (that's the way it is, but you almost have to say it because the price is so extremely cheap). Very harmonious, but also something strong-gripping mixes with it, i.e. has character. Slightly bitter but very pleasant. Tasting JUL21: Generous, full-bodied aromatics, ultra juicy, beguiling fruit, wonderful drinking companion

Jean Velut Lumière et Craie
100% Chardonnay Dosage: 5g/l 100% Reserve wines 4 - 5 years of bottle maturity Assemblage of only high quality and complex reserve wines. 60-month yeast storage leads to typical brioche flavors, fine nuttiness and hints of candied citrus fruits. With all the ripeness on the palate, it is still extremely fresh and salty, mineral. Nicola FEB24: Creamy, delicately spicy with nice freshness and a nutty long aftertaste (could be a bit crisper but might be a day with richer flavors). Moritz FEB24: Relatively warm and spicy on the nose. Aromas of baked apple, marzipan, but also something fresh like grapefruit. On the palate, however, very juicy and fresh with a very creamy finish. Tasting FEB20: Very harmonious product, very nice brioche, creamy, very long, acidity makes it lively, well integrated, this release is still young, great with seafood, very elegant Tasting FEB19: Extremely long, at the same time rather delicate in length, nutty in the finish, lively, acidity very well buffered, salty, mineral, yellow fresh fruits, everything very precise and yet soft - excellent combination!

Grumier Réserve Perpétuelle Extra Brut
33% Meunier, 33% Pinot Noir & 33% ChardonnayDosage 4g/lAged in stainless steel and wooden barrelsBottle ageing: 3 years40% reserve wines from a perpetual reserve (starting in 2005) David APR24: Very elegant, floral, fresh with citrus fruits on the nose. Great complexity with yeast, brioche and wood notes. Citrus fruits again on the palate, fine bubbles, fresh and mineral. Intense and long finish. A multi-layered and intense champagne with drinking flow. One of my favourites! Lukas FEB23: In the nose initially a bit closed up, needs air and then shows floral-herbal and complex warm spicy notes. In the mouth very full-bodied and complex, primarily ripe apple and fine spiciness, backed by a nicely integrated acidity and a very long finish. Needs air to show its full potential but then opens up beautifully.
