The Cuvée 05 is Leclaire Thiefaine's vintage champagne and is only produced in the best years.
Good structure and very rich in finesse with a pleasant melt on the palate. The perfect accompaniment to fine poultry such as partridge or pheasant.
Daniela Dejnega: Associations of butterscotch, roasted almonds, honey, bee sting, buttercream and frankfurter wreath, along with a perky animating acidity, make this vintage champagne seem voluminous, oily and broad but never heavy.
