Enveloped in an invigorating acidity.Denise AUG25 (about vintage 2017): Light, elegant fruitiness. Champagne flavour without bubbles. A rather ‘slim’ Coteaux.

But this cuvée is simply amazing. It captivates you with its laser-sharp polish, yet it has such a wide range of aromas that it is not sparse. Then there is a minute-long finish. Unique! It's still a bit young at the moment and will continue to improve, but even now, as I said, it's absolutely impressive.
