Two days later from the same bottle: reduction and smoke have almost disappeared, but the wood is more present, but here too it is not intrusive, but always a great symbiosis with the light red fruitiness. The minerality also comes through even more strongly, promising great potential!Nicola MAY26 - 2019 Vintage: finely crafted, minimalist, yet with a profound woody character; can still age further to reach its full potential.Tobi MAY26 - 2019 Vintage: Very austere and taut, with precise, straightforward acidity and a delicate structure. Despite its linear character, the oak contributes a subtle richness and warmth. A purist, composed champagne with plenty of tension and a distinct signature.

With a little aeration, the wine noticeably gains depth and length. A calm, elegant champagne with great finesse and significant aging potential.
