Fresh on the palate, but still with great, restrained fruit. Very mineral Pinot Noir interpretation, clearly chalky impression. Enormous length even now, superbly balanced between the juicy fruit flavours and striking mineral acidity. 2019 is really fun! Two days later from the same bottle: reduction and smoke have almost disappeared, but the wood is more present, but here too it is not intrusive, but always a great symbiosis with the light red fruitiness. The minerality also comes through even more strongly, promising great potential!Nicola MAY26 - 2019 Vintage: finely crafted, minimalist, yet with a profound woody character; can still age further to reach its full potential.Tobi MAY26 - 2019 Vintage: Very austere and taut, with precise, straightforward acidity and a delicate structure. Despite its linear character, the oak contributes a subtle richness and warmth. A purist, composed champagne with plenty of tension and a distinct signature.

With a little aeration, the wine noticeably gains depth and length. A calm, elegant champagne with great finesse and significant aging potential.
