Tilman AUG24: The colour is relatively pale for a rosé due to the low proportion of red wine. The nose is initially reserved, opening up with air and revealing earthy, spicy and ripe fruit flavours. In contrast to other rosés, it is also significantly less red-fruity, with citrus zest and grapefruit instead. As always with Taillet, it has a lively and structuring acidity, which makes it light-footed. An unusual rosé with a strong character!
