The fresh acidity lets the champagne dance lightly over the tongue. In the finish you can feel a subtle bitter note, which gives length again.

Juicy, dense and ripe-fruity in the mouth, lively, fine mousseux, nutty and herbal aromas, also a hint of tobacco, has a grip, but also something open-hearted, very slightly oxidative, complex, certain strength and melting, enormous substance, becomes more in the air cooler and firmer, clear minerality, deep, multi-layered and long, with a proper pull at the back. Nicola OCT24: Very balanced, great spiciness, very nice perfectly integrated acidity brings freshness, great integrated wood presence. Tilman OCT24: Rich nose, also generous on the palate, but balanced, balanced, spicy and melting.Fabio OCT24: Red-fruity, fine perlage, again nice creaminess thanks to the beautiful use of wood, balance here too. Moritz OCT22: The warm-heartedness and powerful red fruitiness of the Pinot Noir dominates the cuvée.
