Moritz OCT22: The Chardonnay for the Quintessence is a blend of different casks. From big to small, from old to new, everything is there. That brings power. Despite the powerful body, the Qunitessence looks downright fresh. Citrus fruits and ripe yellow fruit dominate the nose. The tight acidity and the perfectly integrated wood also make the palate an exciting tour of discovery.
